Beautiful hotel, very clean & comfortable! The rooms are very pretty. Water pressure in our room is not great. The beds are so comfortable! The pool is gorgeous, staff is great. Restaurant is good, wish there were more options for the kids as far as breakfast. We would return!

Although the open air restaurant/bar seats 450, the hotel only staffs with 1 or two people. Servers and managers actively ignore you as you wait for seating or service. My first morning there is took nearly two hours to be served a simple bacon and egg breakfast, during which time the server continuously apologized for the delay even as she ignored several requests for a second cup of coffee. A real shame because this is a really nice building. Obviously, it could use a dramatic change in staff and management

Room was great! Quiet and clean. Service was great. Assistant Manager Michael was excellent and very helpful. Valet guys were great. Took good care of my car. Towels changed daily and supplies were replenished. Restaurant was good and coffee bar was good. Looking forward to going back soon. My new favorite in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. When searching for a hotel, I prioritize cleanliness, and this place was CLEAN. A lot of hotels in the LA area are dated and musty, so I found that the Hilton Buena Park was great value for the price. We experienced clean and modern decor, gorgeous facilities, and a luxurious vibe.

PARKING- I was worried about the cost of parking here, they do have a huge parking lot for valet. But I was able to access street parking and had no issues.

SERVICE- Staff was super helpful, Karamia Guzman went the extra mile when I needed help printing something. Everyone was really nice here and we had no complaints.

ROOMS- layout was kind of awkward but beds were comfortable. For a newly opened hotel I was hoping it would be a little more tech-forward (for example, USB-C outlets or something), but that's a small nice-to-have detail.

Overall, great stay. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends.

We had a great one week stay. Contrary to negative reviews here, everyone is friendly. The front desk was always helpful, check-in/out was quick and uncomplicated, they have a nice restaurant, great housekeping staff and great valet staff too! Our room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels all the time and the coffee/tea is always restocked. A lot of restaurants and shopping options in the area. The only downside is there's no self-parking but it's located next to a Mall where you can park during the day and Valet park at night. Hotel is near Knott's Berry, Disneyland and a short drive from Lax. Safe location. My only suggestion is to add a small FRIDGE in the room. We'll def. Stay here again!

I really enjoyed this hotel from valet to check-out!! Upon arriving, we were greeted by the front desk attendant, Ashley!! She was so welcoming and friendly!! Amazing job!! She got us checked in promptly and gave us a tour!! The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable!! Definitely will stay there when I go back!! Great job, Ashley and staff!!!

Not good for so many reasons. I wish I had checked reviews in advance. Check in should have been at 4. We had 2 rooms one was filthy trash beds not made. Did not get cleaned until after 4. Our tv did not work, needed to wait until after 8 for fix. Bathtub plug did not exist. No conditioner or bath soap. Breakfast cold. When we arrived early valet woman told us we could not park until after 4. I argued and they did let us park and check bags. Everything was a struggle and tiring.

This was an awful experience and I just can’t believe that Hilton thinks it is okay.|After traveling for 10 hours, I arrived to check in at 9:15 only to be told they didn’t have a room for me and I had been moved to the Holiday Inn 15 minutes away. My car which I valeted had been driven off. A line formed behind me to check in and I spoke to the manager. He didn’t apologize and said he had no rooms and I was the only one without a room pre-assigned. I asked if they could shuttle me to the other hotel since it had been such a long day and I didn’t have my car and I didn’t know the area. My friend had just warned me about how the area can get shady if you make a wrong turn. He said he couldn’t so I said I couldn’t move hotels. Then he said he wouldn’t have a king room. I said I didn’t care as long as I got a bed there. No apology. He gave me a key and as I walked away, he told the next person in line…a long line…that he was off the clock.|Oh, and I did get a king room.
