Over the years, it's easy to tell all proceeds are going somewhere else. All the buildings are lacking repair. Most likely to suck what they can out of the old Resort and then sell off the land in the near future. No rooms are available 😢 even the restaurant has closed its door.

It's a beautiful place where love comes true. The scent of beautiful lavender and every corner is beautiful. The food is also great. I regret not buying more souvenirs. I will visit again.

A perfect place in these trying times to catch up with people you have not seen in a while. Rustic country ambience good for photo ops. Open air with lavander scent wafting around. Wear something light and airy summer clothing. There are tables and chairs under trees and tents. Food and drinks available for purchase starting at 11 am. I had the chicken gyro with chips which was good and filling. For dessert got the lavander ice cream and washed it down with lavander arnold palmer. My lunch was very satisfying and price is what would be expected for this kind of event. There are some stalls that sells lavander products. Tickets on line are 3.00 less than on site. Parking is 10.00 and could be paid on line too. We spent the whole afternoon taking pictures in the middle of the field, browsing the vendor stalls and relaxing under a tree with the soothing breeze chasing away the summer heat.

The place is amazing besides this one person on there management his name is Dave Lee he is racist against native Americans and he will look you dead in the eyes and lie to your face. He's your typical low level manager who abuses the little power thay have ...sad

You cannot stay here or really eat here anymore. They have gone downhill and only do these overpriced festivals where you wait outside in line to get food. Used to be great. We used to go all of the time for a great lunch. Burger night was great. The restaurant was good and had great holiday dinners. No more.

UPDATE: Contacted the California BBB who tried contacting Highland Springs Resort and 123 Farm in order to get our money returned. They received no response from this place. The complaint will now sit in their file, but don’t give them your money. So, they are unabashedly stealing ours.

Posting on 123 Farm:

DO NOT VISIT THIS FARM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! My husband and I are visiting the area, working as travel nurses for a short contract, and thought it would be fun to attend the Sourdough Festival at 123 Farm. We paid for parking and booked 2 hands-on workshops. We were informed last week that one of the workshops cancelled. We asked for a refund and they refused, saying they would give credit for another workshop or festival. I told them that no other workshops sounded interesting, we were not local to return to the farm, and so we needed our money returned. The response we got was that 123 Farm would only refund our money if we had selected the ticket protection plan upon purchase. This plan is to protect your funds should you, the purchaser, have an issue that kept you from attending the workshop, like an injury or illness. It’s almost comical. We have no issues attending the class except that THEY cancelled the class. I sent an email explaining their logic doesn’t apply to the situation and then… radio silence… they won’t respond.

It is absolutely asinine that 123 Farms will not refund our money. I am so turned off by this aggression, there is no chance I’m attending their festival. I guess that means we lose even more money for not attending the second workshop, but they will be at a loss from me not spending money on their grounds. They have lost a future customer with us… and hopefully more if this review is taken seriously by others. Bottom line, they are stealing our money, which says to me they are desperate for funds and will most likely do the same to other patrons.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to reporting them and my credit card company as making fraudulent charges.

BE WARNED! 123 Farm does not employ good, honest people!

Went on Saturday 11/14 - the lights are fantastic. It was a lovely date night. The food was delicious (fig and goat cheese pizza); but the queue for the food was far too slow moving. We stood in line for 45 mins- they are woefully understaffed. By 8:30PM looked like the line had died down- so don't go hungry, eat early, before you get there and get food later.
