More of a 3.5 until we try some of their drinks on the next visit. It's a nice cafe to have some drinks, lunch and chat. Music can be a little loud but it's not too bad. I love the decor and the vibes of the place.

Service tends to be a little all over the place since the people making your drinks are also the same people seating, cleaning tables, taking orders and serving. You'll have to get their attention at times to get help. They're very friendly, but they get asked to do a lot here.

Food wise, I really enjoyed the sautéed basil spicy chicken. It's got a nice kick to it, and the basil adds a nice flavor profile to the dish. Think Korean spicy chicken/pork you at other places sautéed with basil.

Popcorn chicken is a good, seasoned well with lots of garlic. I wonder if I could've asked for spicier next time. I wish the basil was fried better, it just doesn't have any crisp to it. I like the places that fry the basil super crispy.

We were on a time crunch so all we got was the cold brew. Nothing special so I wouldn't get it again, but next time we'll try the coffee sets or the boba bear sets

I discovered a super cute spot in Rowland Heights called The Hide Out Cafe, tucked away in a plaza. It’s perfect for fresh, delicious coffee. We tried the tiramisu and rose lattes, and they were fantastic! We also shared the Berry’s Party, which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing—I highly recommend it. The cafe is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the vintage decor adds a charming, unique vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

The name for this spot is highly appropriate as it seems to be the only popping thing this plaza. The atmosphere is good and the workers there do the best they can with what they got. The boba bear set is not refreshing and adorable. The chicken sandwich was solid, but I could use a bit more crunch on the waffle. I'll be back to try some of the other drink or food options next time.

The service was great, fast!
The dishes, AMAZING. Order the Bbq pork belly and Wafflewich. With tiramisu drink and brown sugar tea. All rich in flavor. No complaints. Happy to know they have a variety of different milks and asked if I had any allergies. Was offered water besides the drinks I ordered.
Went in at 2pm on a Thursday. The Cafe was not packed, atmosphere tranquil.

This Café is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home.

I tried the Matcha latte, and it was fantastic--perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. It's clear that the team at this Café takes great pride in their craft. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

Everything I experienced was amazing, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend this Café for anyone looking for top-notch service, amazing food and delicious drinks!

I’ve been here way too many times. Not only are there many options for both food and drink, the quality is also top notch. Really enjoy coming here just to have a quick bite or talk to friends. Service are also great, always so friendly.

The waffles are great and tasty and the milk tea is good but things do run out very quickly so come early or food and drink sold out and you have to wait in line for sitting inside. Otherwise it is a great place to visit the service is great they ordered while you sitting down and bring food for you around 15 mins or so. Be careful with the lid it opens.
