We stay here every time we work up this way. Super convenient because shopping is not to far. Customer service is great, price is very fair and rooms are excellent. As a person who travels alot, the beds are comfortable and the water stays hot and water pressure is amazing. Highly recommend.

Love the rooms. Owners are kind and friendly. It's peaceful and quiet. Showers have plenty of water pressure. I would recommend it to anybody. A/C always works great. Great spot to stop and relax for the weekend. Everytime I go down that way I stay there.

I've seen some reviews give this place a bad rep and the good price made me skeptical at first but I'm on my 3rd week here and i've experienced no rudeness or any issues at all. The guy who runs it is an all around nice guy and he's very on top of his service, I havn't seen a single roach or anything and the rooms are really clean and nice especially for the great price. The Last hotel I stayed in (America Best Value Inn in Kimball TN) was triple the price and had roaches all over and these rooms are nicer than theirs! So this has definitely been a big upgrade and I really recommend ignoring the negative reviews because it's really a hidden gem of a place and it's not at all as bad as other reviews would make it seem like.

Room 13 was much nicer than I expected. Good bedspread, better than decent sheets and towels, clean sink and bathroom, and good curtains to make it dark. As with most motels, your socks/feet will be very dirty from walking on the carpet, so maybe bring house shoes. Not a knock specifically on this place, but it is frustrating when they charge a 16 day stay as 2 weeks at the weekly rate, and 2 days at the higher nightly rate rather than extending the weekly rate for an extended stay guest. Friendly owner wife, nice quiet little town, better than average stay overall.

Have stayed here 1 time and it wasn't bad. The owners live on the property and can barely speak English. The room is clean but nothing fancy. The pricing seems inconsistent to me, because when you call for reservations (you will probably have to call several times) they will quote one price, but when you check in it's a few dollars more or less. I think it depends on it you talk to the man or lady. The man is not very friendly or nice, but the lady is ok - they just have a hard time speaking and understanding English.

I have stayed here many times due to working in the area. It is not fancy but is a clean and quiet place. The utilities work fine and the room is of average size. There is no continental breakfast and no coffee maker in the room but there is a small frig and microwave in each room. The price is reasonable and the owners live at the motel.

They were very clean and i didnt have any problems. The other guest were happy as well. We allways clean the rooms before we leave. That way. They cant sey anything about the adult party we threw last night. give them 4 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have any problems you will NOT get your money back-even if you leave!!! We pulled in late Saturday night-I went in and used the bathroom and squashed a cockroach immediately. Left the bathroom to a cockroach running up the wall. We demanded a new room...so they gave us one (after arguing and trying to charge us $5 more) we went in there did a bug check (all clear) and I found a huge nasty public hair in the tub. We left. We also told them we were leaving. We weren’t there five minutes total and they STILL CHARGED US!!! I will be contacting the BBB. I only wish I would have taken pics of the roaches...
