I usually try going with avis but hertz was the only place with a rental car available. I used to use hertz but stopped. I could not remember why i stopped until this visit. The facility is nice but that's about where it stops. It's far more expensive than other places and there is always an insanely long wait because cars are never ready and they are always unprepared. The employees always prioritize phone calls over live customers. You are far better off going across the street or to palmdale for avis.

This was my 1st time renting a car from Hertz. I Google searched a cheap rental car for 5 days. And I got Mystery Car and locked in the price online. When I walked into the Hertz office I was greeted by Kenny, he's a total asset to the Hertz rental car company. Kenny is very polite and very knowledgeable about everything I inquire about and more. I enjoyed my 2022 Malibu rental experience Thank you Hertz

I had a GREAT experience with this rental location, the employees really made the experience so nice and easy for me. The rental vehicle was fabulous and very clean. I have two small children and needed assistance with moving their car seats and pick up from the collision repair center. Every step of the way these folks were helpful/kind to me and my babies:) Firstly my interaction with Ms. Shanara was great (answered my questions with ease and patience), Mr. Quantrell was a gentleman and a great host as our pick-up driver, and later Mr. Datrion made sure our rental was clean and neat (while also being courteous with my little ones asking about his ghostbusters sweater). Thank you to this location and all of its employees for making an accident repair/rental experience much easier on the three of us:)

I enjoyed my experience with this Hertz location! They made sure my car was clean and ready for me. The two gentlemen Quanzell and Datrion, there were both so professional and friendly. They were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this Hertz!

I have rented from Hertz many times using my Chime card. Chime has two programs they offer, a prepaid card and checking and savings account for people who have an approved monthly deposit. I have the latter. This was my first time at this location and they refused to rent to me because they kept insisting my card was prepaid, again, its not.

I tried to explain that I used this same card a million times at Hertz and the difference between the two Chime accounts but was cut off while speaking multiple times.

Their mind was made up so they couldn't hear me.

No solutions were offered and the manager was adamant in refusing to help me or investigate what I was saying. She wouldn't even try to run the card (something about the hold being different?) Which is not true because the money has be taken out "normally" EVERY OTHER TIME I've rented and extended a vehicle through Hertz.

This whole interaction was a waste of time and money.

You may not have a problem with your card but should definitely take note of the lack of sympathy, lack of solutions, and lack of care they showed me. Customer service is SEVERELY lacking at this location and you should think twice before booking here.

You were warned.
