The staff was very helpful and kind to myself and my father. They gave us a room on ground level and let us bring my dog when we absolutely needed a place to stay for the night. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!

The phone and front desk staff could not be understood when making a reservation. Did not even ask me for info. It felt off. Then I called to cancel it but could not understand the male who answered. They called us at 10pm that noght after canceling| Then again at 4:44 am with no message left of what they wanted. Called back and they dont answer. Left a message asking why they were calling me. VERY Creepy and weird. Wont be booking here again.

Convenient downtown location. Hardees is right across the street. The rooms look like 1980, as do the interior corridors. Wifi is weak. The beds are very uncomfortable: they are basically a mattress on a cot. This place is OK for a quick night, but it needs some major investment and upgrades. I have stayed at worse places, but I will probably pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else the next time I am in Watertown.

5 star hotel for me, that's not me being bias that's me being honest I stayed here on many different occasions over the last 4-5 months and every single time I was met with nothing but kindness and hospitality it took me 3 minutes to check in and get a room I walked into a clean room with everything I needed set neatly out or stored how it should be, everything was clean I will say there have been times where I have checked in and it's smelt a tiny bit like a cleaner they used in the room but that's me being petty I could have easily Said somthing and in a snap of my fingers either the kind gentleman who I believe cleans and does some maintenance around the place or the amazing receptionist who at the ring of the bell on the window and no matter the time of night or day will come out and help you with what ever your needs even after just resting I ran the bell at 3 am for help and he came out smiling asking how can he help that is a 5 star hotel it comes with a coffee maker and cable TV a microwave and a decent sized fridge for a hotel room I would stay here agian over and over compared to any other hotel in town if your a good person you will have zero issues here!!

We stayed at the Heritage Inn in Watertown on 10/4 and 10/5. We had a great experience! The owners were friendly and VERY accommodating! The gentleman at the front desk said they had recently taken over ownership and were making major changes (extensive room cleaning, new bedding and furniture, etc.) The room was immaculately clean. We didn't need to ask for anything! This is a little gem in Watertown, WI.

Positive: The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to help my 77 year old mother and I. If you want a feel of historic downtown, I would recommend you stay at this hotel. Negative: If you are staying here with anyone that can?t climb stairs, make sure you stay on the first floor. There is not an elevator.
