This specific location is a ghost kitchen that prepares your food with multiple restaurant locations inside a single building that gets prepared at the same time. Hawaiian Bros Chicken plates are really good! They're simple and they don't come with vegetables but I had an extra cost of a dollar you can substitute or switch out certain items such as the rice or Mac.

Knocks down a star as the regular sized plate and the large plate has the same amount of meat, just more plain rice and a baby scoop of mac. Now that I think about it, the regular had slightly more meat then the large. Large plates should have more meat. Other than that flavors were good as expected.

It's a ghost kitchen, they wouldn't let me place an order there.They told me I had to place a through the app.I'm not paying extra fees to do that. I took a snapshot of katie Wong review photos that is shows a hawaiian bro's location at night, that is not it. The ghost kitchen is the real location. So they're paying people to post fake reviews. Be aware be informed.

Whoever is in charge of hiring the line cooks in AZ needs to be fired. The quality of the food with the locations in PHX so far is TERRIBLE. Not okay, not needs work, just flat out bad. 2nd location and 3rd time trying Hawaiian Bros in AZ. Molokai Chicken with no color, flavor, or glaze. Cooking techniques are disgustingly executed and I hope everyone reacts till it gets better.

Very disappointed. I guess I should have looked at the reviews more closely as they are STILL not hitting the mark as the response was to the last person. I ordered Large to share with my son and it's about 4 pieces more than regular. Also specifically asked for nor salad and double rice which was ignored. The food quality is very poor. Two different meals but looks and tast the same besides some red Chile added to one. Masubi was lacking the seaweed wrapping for sure. Will not recommend if this is the standard.

I paid for extra meat and they hardly put any in there. I’ve had the same order for a very long time, and never have I gotten this small of a portion. Not worth the extra $ spent.
