I got separated from my group😀😭 Staff were super nice and it was quite scary and uncomfortable, but in a GOOD way! Early in, the guy dragged me and put me up front HELP😭 The costumes were great and the actors are perfect! It took roughly 20 minutes:) Soo funnn!!

This place is great. The line was pretty long but it's worth it. I would highly recommend buying tickets online just so you don't have to wait in 2 lines to get in. All of the actors were great, Magnus was my favorite though. It was spooky and scary but safe at the same time! Highly recommend!!

So much fun!!! Loved it!!! The only thing I didn’t like is the girl that brings you to the front door grabbed my hand and put black ink stuff on my hands. She then rubbed it on my boyfriend’s face.
Trying to go eat dinner afterwards made that a little frustrating. Other than that it was really good.

Just to add a little bit more information I washed my hands at the restaurant trying to get all the black off my hands and it wouldn’t come off. Spots of this is on my boyfriend’s shirt that I’m not sure will come out.
Touching me is fine but staining my skin and clothes is going too far. For that I had to lower my review.

I definitely recommend coming on a Sunday because there wasn't any lines at 8. We showed up early just in case but if you go on a Saturday definitely show up it is the busiest time on the weekend. The actors were very much in character and they do touch you. There will be some vulgar language and you might expect some different kind of spooky Halloween surprises. Though it really was only about 20 minutes I do recommend going for the experience.

Extreme haunt option!!! Yes please! So much fun the path through this haunt is wild and full of crazy surprises. Just the rooms alone are amazing , but, add the music( perfect) and the actors ( top notch) you get a recipe for awesome. Two actors stood out heavily to me. The one in the elevator, and the person in the bird skull outfit. They did amazingly. Honestly they all did superbly!!!

The Haunted Hotel is a Louisville haunt staple. The sets and actors have changed through the years but it's still a fun haunt. There is free street parking in the area or  pay to park lot.

We had a girls night last night and ended up at the Hotel. Some of my friends had never been to a haunt and omg it was so damn fun we laughed and screamed nonstop. The line wasn’t bad at all and the actors in line popped in and out with jump scares and appearances, zizzle got us a few times and the Bell Hop guy was so fun and engaging with everyone. The Hotel is great, the atmosphere and rooms are all scary and the actors are energetic, push boundaries and make you genuinely uncomfortable while still being professional. The guy in the elevator was scary af, I was legitimately feeling a panic attack he was in our bubble so much, the girl in the church, and the guy that basically kidnapped me from my group, fantastic.
