We had a great time. The staff at this hotel are awesome. The food was very good. We ate at the Beach, Guy Fieri and The Range. All were excellent. Tracy at Guy Fieri and Brandy at The Range were awesome. Everyone was helpful and provided excellent service. Ivy the concierge was very helpful.

New rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable and shower has great water pressure. No issues just wish they had better selection for food. Pin up pizza is closed for most of December. Only place to eat breakfast is the beach side Cafe. Great view, nice employees. Good vibe.

We love this casino because of the slower paced atmosphere Vegas has. The rooms are clean and the staff is personable. There are plenty of games and tables. The other casinos are very close but Harrah's offers a nice beach area.

Honestly, I have never spent so much money gambling and not winning anything I mean, not even hitting a bonus even after putting $200 -$300 in a machine!
Only because of that I will not be coming back.. I gotta say the service from the employees is absolutely above par, restaurants are good and it’s a bit of a walk to another casino. They do have vans every hour that I’ll drive you but most of the time we had to wait for the van to come back 2 to 3 times because there were so many people waiting to go to different casinos down the road. They really should use a bus.

Our room was OK. Had to change rooms due to drawers broken door would not shut on its own, and a lot of garbage behind the nightstand looked like they never cleaned or looked to clean behind there. He was supposed to be refinished rooms but did not feel our look like it. When first checked in, the staff was very rude and overcharged my card. When confronted , the desk manager never resolved the issue, almost like I was bothering her!!! Not good service. But room service was good had clean towels the whole time I was there.

I picked a room in the North Tower, and I wanted to have a view of the river. I was happy with the view, but the windows were dirty. The service was excellent. I ordered a pizza to be delivered my last night, and it was delivered in record time. My check-in and out went smoothly. I used the valet when I arrived, I was assisted by a very courteous gentleman, very professional. On my departure, I asked the bell man to assist me with my luggage. He was also extremely courteous and friendly. I was very pleased with my choice of hotels.

1st time going to Laughlin and we were very disappointed with the appearance of our room for the price! The fridge did not work, the cabinets were falling apart, the toilet paper hold and phone were about to fall out of the wall, and the shower base was peeling, very disgusting! We have stayed in much better hotels and casinos at half the price for a higher quality room. I would probably never come back to this hotel/casino again! I have pics but am unable to provide them on this review.

Love the easy going atmosphere. Bed and pillows were comfy but bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. I’m very glad they opened up the Overlook bar to put to use the old diamond lounge. Nice to go in there to get away from the casino floor atmosphere and glad they give benefits according to your tier level. The bartenders, both Yoven and AJ were both friendly and awesome. Look forward to when they serve food in there and my next visit. I could see the improvements from the visit before this past one. So I give a five star. Slots were fair — up and down, up and down. But had great time playing them
