I've been to several casinos over the years, but I love this one. They have a smoking section for those who smoke and are part of your group. The casino has a great staff who care and help out. I got multiple refreshments on the floor and they made sure I was taken care of whatever I needed. The room when I stayed there was wonderful and had a great view. I strongly recommend this casino and resort. It was a fun time and worth what we spent. The memories will last a lifetime.

Caesars goes out of its way to nickel and dime people, even though it's a casino and they make plenty of money by people playing the slots and table games. The fact that the room had a sign requesting a tip for their cleaning was ridiculous considering that I had mold in the shower on the shower curtain and on the shower floor. The cost of the room and the lack of cleanliness is ridiculous. In addition, there is an extra $35 charge. If you decide to check in early. We showed up around 2:00 and unlike most accommodations we couldn't check in until 4:00 p.m. pretty much all of the accommodations I've ever stayed at is a 3:00 check-in, so this whole expectation of paying $35 for 2-hour early check-in was just outrageous. We'll definitely reconsider going to another Caesars property. I haven't been to a Caesars property in about 15 years because the ones in Illinois do not allow smoking. Wow! This one does allow smoking in a very very small area. I'm not sure it was worth the experience. But I must say I was quite lucky by hitting three jackpots. So there is that. It is also very silly that a jackpot of $1,000 requires a hand pay where the vast majority of casinos do not require a hand pay until you hit $1,200 or more. Lastly, I will say that the service on the slot floor was very good and efficient and I did get handpaid quickly.

The staff including everyone were so friendly! The place was very clean! The pet room was wonderful! My walker is wide and it fit through all of the doors in the room! The bed was comfortable! The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the loose resident dogs and the food! It is extremely hard when we have our dogs out on a leash then a pack of loose resident dogs approach! Security told us there is nothing they can do. Three out of the 5 restaurants did not have prices listed on the online menu. Also when we went to look at the Agave no prices were listed. I do not eat at places who don't let you know the prices in advance I had read reviews it was way overpriced and the food was not good. We ate at the Cooper Grill. Not good at all. The food choices definitely lack around there. That is a shame. It is the worse out of all of the Harrah's I have been to as far as food and payout of slots goes. The slots are tight and you do not hear bells ringing nor do you see a lot of attendants paying people!

Usually have great service when needed except for about a week and a half ago. It was about 2an and my money was stuck in machine. I had the service light on but no one came. I asked security to have some one come help me. He said "they are probably busy, they don't like us to bother them". Excuse me? I'd been waiting over 30 minutes for someone. So I went back and waited, and waited, finally I see a guy in a suit and wave home down and tell him what had happened. Turned out he was security too, but didn't have problem going to find someone for me then came back and let me know why it was taking so long and that someone would be along shortly to help me. He was the nicest man. I think his name badge said Hopp. Hope I got name right. Thanks to him my night got alot better!

Checked in and my phone was dead from a long drive. Wanted to get to the room and get it on the charge. Got into my room and started to charge. Looked for a Bible or any paperwork about the area to read and there was nothing in print in The room to read. Always like reading over the local stuff or the hotel information and there just wasn't much info about anything. No big deal

woke up the next morning to take a shower and the water was barely lukewarm. We were in a rush to get back on the road so had to suffer through a cold shower. It was barely warm enough to lure you into thinking it would be nice but the second you got under it All the warmth went away and shivers began .Pretty horrible experience.

We spent the weekend in the casino hotel and the room was nice. The casino itself was clean and had tons of slots but hardly any table games. There was a nice gift shop and several restaurants to choose from but the food was mediocre. My only complaint was that there was no microwave in the room so we couldn't heat up any leftovers, but that was a minor issue. Everything was pricey but that's expected when you stay at a casino. It was too cold outside for us to take advantage of the pool but it looked nice. If I'm being honest, the next time we plan a casino weekend we will probably try somewhere else.

which, sometimes, is a good thing. But, not in this case. ||Food: Overpriced and meh. When you're being charged $10 for a Hot Dog, you either pay it, or pass. I passed. ||$22 for a cheese pizza isnt a great price; but, at least it's not as bad as $10 for a HOT DOG! ||The rooms are small; and what are those things at the head of the bed? They LOOK like pillows, but, they are the flattest most uncomfortable things there are. People used to lay their heads on rocks. THAT would have been a HUGE improvement. ||The fact its 15-25 miles from the freeway doesnt help, either. Wild Horse id right off the freeway, so, next time, I'll book there. ||As far as the casino itself goes, the games are pretty much all the same. Those games where they make you think it's close to the bonus, whether its fiorecrackers "about to go off", or pigs about to explode; but, $100+ in, and they dont, or, if they do, they pay pennies. ||There's a few cool games; but, compared to Wild Horse, not even close. The games are tired. ||I did see a drink server a few times-- certainly not the way it used to be; even when it wasnt "the way it used to be". ||They removed the self serve soda machines about a decade ago. One can understand, when people dont clean up after themselves. But, at the same time, food prices are ridiculous, drink prices even crazier, and, not once did I get offered a soda, in 3 days. Again, Wild Horse, did have a soda bar, albeit somewhat hidden, so, I didnt see it until the end. But, at least they had one.

Asked to leave after a couple hours and plenty of money for a dress code violation that apparently no body i interacted with from the parking lot,to the check in, to the rewards counter or any other employee for a about 3 hours. If it's a rule that perfectly fine. Post it before one enters and ensure all the staff are aware of it.
