Harr travel was very attentive and anticipated our needs for a great trip.
We are on our eastern Caribbean cruise now and they arranged for us to have a nice dinner in one of the Icon of the sea specialty restaurant as their guest. Before the cruise Harr travel sent me luggage packing companions and a nice carry on bag. I used all on my cruise and very grateful to have them. I will book all my future cruises with Harr Travel. February 2025 Updated Review, Rob at Harr travel again many kudos! Updated room and future travel even when I mistakenly submitted the incorrect sailing date. Danny and entire team also saved me 500.00 on an upcoming May 2025 Sailing. Cannot say enough about courteous and professional service I've received.

We Recently were in need for advice and direction for travel as we stepped into retirement.
Watched over 3 dozen "Honest Reviews" but kept coming back to Danny from Harr Travel.

Watched Danny and the numerous reviews that he had posted for cruising. It appeared and confirmed that Danny had a blue collar and no-nonsense reviews.
We decided on not only a cruise line (Celebrity), but his spot-on reviews also allowed us to confidently upgrade to a suite (Magic Carpet) with no regrets.

Our cruise was as advertised and more.

Subsequently, when we returned, we contacted Harr Travel directly and were introduced to Rob Cook Travel Advisor and through his assistance, knowledge and expertise we booked 3 additionally cruises. The information and experience provided by Rob proved invaluable with booking, pricing and overall accommodations have been invaluable.

Robert is the easiest travel agent to work with. He treats me like a friend every time I call. He finds me the best deals and a little on board credit on top. I wouldn't want to work with any other agency than Harr Travel. On our last big family cruise, the cruise line messed up my mom's reservation. I sent out distress calls to Harr and actually got a call from Danny on a Sunday. To me that was above and beyond. Robert and Danny's personal service is second to none.

Desiree (in Customer Experience) was a tremendous help regarding some Travel Insurance for our upcoming Cruises. She confirmed that I had paid for insurance for numerous things that were not necessary. She researched my several cruises, found unnecessary charges, called the Insurer with my permission, and resolved the issues - getting me some very large refunds !

Working with Amanda Wint at Harr Travel was an absolute pleasure! We were booking a cruise for a group of 13 people, including kids, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Since the cruise was already filling up quickly, Amanda went above and beyond by placing courtesy holds on rooms to ensure we could secure the adjoining cabins we needed—especially since all the others were already booked!

She was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with. Her attention to detail and commitment to making everything as smooth as possible truly set her apart.
