Ideal location. Below KOA standards. We stayed here to visit Harpers Ferry National Historic Park, whose visitor center is right down the street and walkable if you're fit. Pay the park entrance fee or flash your pass and board a free bus to the historic downtown. This KOA sits on land with contours, but many similar RV parks manage their terrain more thoughtfully. Our gravel pull-through site could accommodate a Class A, but for our 25-foot-long rig, we could find no level space front to back or side to side. Also, the sites, at least in this section, are ridiculously close together, and many look junky, with the belongings of occupants scattered on the site. (see photo.) The laundry room, one of the largest I've encountered, appears to be under renovation, a good thing; most of the equipment was out of order.

One of our favorite campgrounds! We stayed here in April and had to return for the fall, and it was a great decision. The campground is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had perfect fall weather and the foliage was gorgeous, making our weekend by the fire even more memorable. Thanks for a fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Cabin was spotless we loved it. but crammed in together. Can't imagine how people park their cars when it's busy. We went in January so we had that side all to ourselves. Got woke up at 7:30am by the propane guy who just happened to park directly next to our cabin. He couldn't of parked down the street near his drop-off by the 10 other empty cabins 🙄🙄

This is one KOA where I will never return! Sites are extremely close together. They force large trailers into extremely small sites. The site takes up the whole trailer so there is no where to park your truck. Our site (and many other sites) was on a hill so it was almost impossible to level. Sewer connection was uphill. Toilets in womens bathrooms never flushed.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Friendly staff with a great camp store. Lots of trails, one which leads to a brewery that had really good food. Short drive into historical downtown. Spots were a little hard to get into and not very level but with a little work we got it. Shopping and services about a 6 minute drive.

We stayed in a cabin here over a weekend. The site had a fire pit and small porch for cooking areas, Bathrooms and showers were a quick walk away. There is a duplex outlet and one interior and one exterior light. One vehicle can be parked onsite with others required to be parked at an overflow lot.

While some amenities like the pool close for part of the year, there is still plenty to do. They even servce pancakes and eggs in the morning at VERY reasonable rates. You can pay extra to get a spot near your friends. I will certainly consider returning in the future
