I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe and comfortable in the studio. Yes, it is a divided house on a quiet residential street, but I did not get the "horror movie vibes" that another reviewer commented on, nor do I think this is -- by any stretch -- a "poor neighbourhood." Maybe a king wrote that review. ||I loved how many trails and parks were within walking distance.||I am a light sleeper, so I opted to use white noise/earplugs at night, but the other guests were very respectful and I slept soundly. People need to remember that this is an expensive town and this option is much cheaper than the hotels down the street. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was a great last minute booking that saved me from a much worse hotel. Definitely a little quirky, but it was good for a night and the price was right. More of an airbnb than anything. It's right in West Sedona, you can see the mountains right outside when you wake up in the morning which is beautiful and the area is walkable. I did have a house centipede in my room at one point but I moved him out pretty easily. I would return for sure.

This house is separated into several units, but you can hear other tenants as if they were in the same room with you. Even a soft clearing of the throat can be heard. Whoever was on the other side of the wall was having video calls late at night and music singalongs early in the morning. ||The bathroom was separated by a thin door and the toilet was placed right next to the separation door. It was extremely embarrassing to use the toilet while you could hear the other tenants next to you and they could hear *everything* you were doing.||The kitchen is an entrance and everyone from outside can see you through the blinds.||Everything looked dirty and uncared for.

First of all understand that this is NOT a hotel, its a rented room. I had a private kitchen and bathroom all to myself but its not a hotel, more of a B&B. The place was clean and the owner/ manager left me a lone, EXACTLY what I wanted. The location of the place was nice, not at all what I expected from the negative comments. It was quiet, other people were staying in the room next to mine but I couldn't hear them at all. Its close to major roads so getting to the spots you want to visit is easy. I had a lovely time staying there and when I come again, I will expect to stay here.

Set in the rural area near the mountains the scenery nothing short of divine! I stayed in the "Shaman's Cave" room, which was most adorable! I loved the decor and the vibes were brilliant! The bed is a little firm, but everything was clean and the host was very kind. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen so you dont have to eat out of you dont want to. It was a very welcoming environment. I felt so still and peaceful in the mountain air. I absolutely loved my stay at Harmony House!

I don't know what the issue is with the negative reviews here but I just spent nine nights here in the Sweet Sedona Studio and had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing time. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of the owners with the key and WiFi details and was left to enjoy the vacation. Comfortable, clean and well supplied with everything needed. If you are the kind of person who likes the noisier surroundings of the average Hotel or Motel then I doubt you will understand or enjoy this location. ||||The whole thing here is based on mutual respect for both your own and the hosting household's privacy and rights to peace and quiet. Yes, there are a couple of rules, such as quite times from late in the evening until the morning, and there is no TV - what will you do without all the sales ads? - but that is part of the atmosphere of Sedona as a whole, not just this particular lodging. And yes, they respectfully ask that you leave your footwear (slippers are provided but not compulsary) because the local red dust gets everywhere from footwear and would ruin the carpets, etc... you just leave them in the hallway outside your door.||||The WiFi was blazingly fast.||||Communication via messages on Booking were quickly and politely answered and all in all, I really enjoyed my time here. It was also good value considering how much in demand the Sedona area is for places to stay.

I was looking for somewhere nice to take my mom for a little weekend getaway and this place really caught my eye while searching online. While looking at everything online it made it look like there were going to be a lot of amenities and like we would be able to enjoy not only our private room but a few rooms in the house as well to lounge around in and boy was I wrong. My mother and I got there we had to call and get a code for the back door and Maude, the manager, stated right away that quite hours begin at 10pm. That right there gave me a bad feeling. We were told that the only place we were able to lounge around in was the private room and obviously a bathroom in the hallway. There was no TV or anything as far as entertainment in the room that we rented. Because of the COVID-19 that we are dealing with right now by the time we got there we were not even able to get food brought to the house since everything was either closed or to far away for delivery. We rented the place out for 2 nights and only ended up staying for 1 night. When I let the manager, Maude, know she told me that since we had made the reservation online that there would be no way for any kind of refund for the second day that we cancelled. My mother who is 81 and myself did NOT enjoy anything about this place or the stay and would not recommend it to anyone.
