We had a good time on the whale watching cruise. We had dolphins guiding our boat in the ocean and we saw whale.

I would've gave it 5 stars, but the captain was a little snarky.
We entered choppy waters, so I put on a life vest. Apparently that's frowned upon, I didn't know.
The crew was fine with it, they just asked me where I got it from so they can put it in their log.
But when I asked the captain if he could please make a birthday announcement for my wife on the PA, he looked ticked off that I was wearing a life vest.
He didn't make the birthday announcement.

I was a little surprised that life vests weren't mandatory. You figure you have all of these people against the railing, trying to take pictures- who would really pay attention if someone towards the rear of the boat went overboard?

The rest of the crew was friendly and helpful.
But I'm taking a star away for how irritated the captain was with me.

Beautiful way to spend some hours. The naturalist was excellent and entertaining. The boat very comfortable. Wear a hoodie (or secure your hat!) - it does get chilly! We saw an excellent pod of dolphins and enjoyed the ride!

What an amazing experience! We saw a combined pod of 1200 common dolphins. It was made even more special by the passion the expert had. His enthusiasm was infectious. Highly recommended.

Go for 3pm tour and watch the sunset! We weren’t lucky enough to see any whale, only saw three dolphins, so in the end they gave everyone a free ticket which is really nice. Love the view on such a clean open water, definitely going again with my family.

Lots of dolphins and seals! Sadly, no whales today. It was really rainy and cold, so I’d recommend going when it’s nicer weather if possible. There’s nice tables to sit with your group. There’s bathrooms and snacks for sale. No outside food or drinks. Our schedule time was 3pm, and we left at about 3:20 and returned at about 5:30pm. Take some Dramamine before hand if motion sickness is a challenge for you. We were glad we had it!

So much fun. It was about 100 degrees and we had to do something to cool off. 2.5 hour whale watching. Saw a ton of dolphins and nursery pods. Felt so fortunate to see so many. No whales today but had a great time and enjoyed the history from one of the people from the aquarium that were supporting the staff and talking about the dolphins and their behaviors. Saw a ton of baby dolphins and their mommas. Highly recommend. Really loved that they had beverages on board and didn't price gouge the tourists. Very reasonable. Thank you Harbor tours we had a great time.

I have never seen a real whale in open water with perfect weather and just the right wind to blow your hair. It was non stop snapping photos! I was expecting to see one whale at the most but it ridiculous to one after another. Countless whales and dolphins diving and swimming right next to you!!! Ten thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
