Would not recommend too anyone. Absolutely nasty room, bed sheets dirty, the tub hadn’t been cleaned in months. Was a hole from my room right outside… Will never be coming back. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of money.

Had booked a room online a week ago. Drive from Bullhead City Arizona for the birth of my first grandchild. Stopped in at the hospital to see how things were coming along and as the hospital visiting hours were almost up decided it was time to.check.in and rest up while waiting for the baby to get here. . . First room we were given had 2 piles of dirty linen, 1 on each bed, so I immediately went to the office to let the desk person on duty know of the issue, they moved us to another room which had a blood stain and black hair on the comforter when I pulled the sheets back to check the rest of the bedding, there was black tar on the bottom sheet. . . So again I went and informed the desk person of the issue and this time the manager on duty came to see what had happen he then moved us to a 3rd room which at first glance over was better than the other 2. . . The bathroom had no toilet paper or Kleenex so I went and politely asked for a roll. . . Also the floor in the bathroom has a spot that comes up very easily.
. . There was no second lock on the door. . . Looks as if the housekeepers only change linen and could care less about anything else. . . There was also a half empty container of shampoo in the shower and a sandwich bag over the smoke alarm This place has potential if the employees work was checked. . . The manager did try and accommodate us for the inconvenience, but still after driving for several hours I'm not impressed. . . Needless to say I will not book a room at this location again. . . Would love to talk to the owners of this dive. . .

You are getting what you pay for. Don’t expect a decent room for the price they are asking. If you’re on a very tight budget then this could work for you. Group of friends in their early 20’s could rough it out. An adult with family I would suggest sacrificing the extra funds to pay for some peace of mind you will be sleeping in a bed that won’t potentially cause you harm. I’m not trying to bash on the hotel it’s self, more so just trying to warn anyone who might be in my shoes and needs a certain. Level of standards for your situation.

This is the most nasty room I ever stayed!!! I have to stayed here because my truck broke down and was the only motel in the area walking distance from the shop my truck was. When I entered the room the sink mirror where all splashed. The bath tub where dirty with soap scum. I have to clean the toilet myself, because looks nasty (glad I carried some detergent with me). The floor where dirty and NOT sweep. I fell asleep due to be so tired of the ordeal of my day to find the next day that my sheets were stained with blood. OTHER PEOPLE BLOOD!!! I almost died!! To my understanding we were told that the health department had closed it and had just reopened a month prior us staying there. Stay away from this place!!!

This place was fine and for a good price. The previous negative reviews are perhaps from before the upgrades. Our room seemed new with comfy mattresses and appearance of recent remodeling. No odd smells or bugs. The automated check in process is wonky and seemingly more time consuming, but you can tell the owners are at least trying to modernize. You can find more current positive reviews if you look on the reservation sites.

Don't bother. Paid $90 for a room that was very dirty, small, and missing alot of things. Floors and counters were absolutely filthy, no wash cloths or disposable cups. No stopper in the tub either. When confronted management offered me the room next door. It was no better! It was also very noisy and impressed me as a bad neighborhood. Upside is the bed was clean. Very bad deal for the money though. It would be ok for half the price. It's not though and no apology or discount was offered. Move on!

Ok so we were in town for the weekend from California to look at houses in Casa Grande. We wanted to save some money and chose this motel because it was the cheapest. Let me just say that this is not a comfort style motel. Its purely functional, a place to sleep while saving money. When we first got there I told my husband we needed to stop by Walmart and get some clorox wipes and Comet. I went back to the room and cleaned everything. They did have maids that were cleaning other guests rooms, but for the life of me I don't think they do any cleaning, they just change linens as the floors were filthy. It took me an hour to clean everything with the supplies I got at a nearby Walmart. The handle to the shower was laughable, i accidentally pulled it off just by lifting it to the "ON" position. Happy Smart is a place to lay you're head...if your looking for cleanliness or comfort look elsewhere This is a "driving late at night off the highway need to rest my head for a few hours" type of motel.

Dirty floors, trash from previous guest in room, hair in sheets, no extra lock (bar lock). Check in was touch free and weird and it was difficult to communicate with the staff. I'm going to Motel 6 next time.
