On the eve prior to our ‘night before…’ rehearsal dinner celebration of our son and his lovely bride-to-be, our scheduled caterer had to evacuate due to fires in the area. Happy Day Catering and another area caterer both stepped in with unwavering kindness and crafted an incredible dinner selection for our family and friends to enjoy during this special occasion. Our hearts overflow with gratitude! Friends and family were equally amazed of this labor of love… and countless compliments were many on the delicious food. We will forever be grateful!

I just had them cater two WSU events for the EECS department. The first was a banquet of 150. They were early and presented so professionally. I was so surprised by how efficient they were in their technique. They even have linens! The food was super yummy it literally melted in my mouth! They cleaned up after my guests leaving no stress at all on them, then my guests were off to the dessert stand and loved every bit of it! My faculty, staff, and students were fed rather well with such a smooth transition in between. The tear down went well and everyone seemed in such great spirits!
My second event was significantly smaller with only 15 humans. Happy Day catered the event with only one human to man it. I was worried but he did so well on his own, I was so impressed! He had everything all set up and tore down all on his own. And the buffet was just a delicious as the first event! He even had to-go boxes for us to take some with us. He was very professional and fast!
I will most definitely be using Happy Day Catering again and will be recommending them as well!

We used happy day catering for a grand opening for our business and had a phenomenal experience! From my initial interaction to completion of the event, everything was on point. Excellent communication, kind and friendly service, high quality food! I loved that the attendants stayed on site during the event and kept all the food stocked and they were super fun. I would highly recommend them and happily use them in the future.

We recently used Happy Day Catering for our annual company picnic. It was a wonderful experience from our first call, ordering from their great online menu, confirming the details week of the event, all the way through the actual event. Their staff is friendly, knowledgable and responsive. The catering staff, Lance and Zach, let us know when they were loaded up and headed our way (a great relief!), they set up on time, anticipated our needs and were thoroughly professional in all their efforts.
Definitely will be using Happy Day Catering for future events. Highly recommend their services to others.

When we have business lunches to-go, or deliver lunches to clients, our choice is Happy Day Catering. The sandwiches are fresh made (that morning) and enough to fill you up! Super convenient including sides, fresh baked cookie, utensils and nicely presented. Did I mention affordable? Just over $10 for the entire box. Thanks for doing such a deliciously fine job Happy Day crew. We will be ordering again.

Food more suitable for Guantanamo Bay...these have been the last two meals served to wildland fire personnel. Complete lack of effort and shortcuts made by Happy Day Catering are leading to prolonged hunger and continued disappointment at fire camp...(not pictured: soggy lettuce salads and cold sugar-filled breakfast bags). Please show mercy and stop catering fires.

Another healthy balanced breakfast for a long hard day of work for our wildland firefighters out in the field away from home. Nothing really says "bare minimum effort" like happy days catering. Don't worry, they managed to burn the gas station sandwich inside the wrapper also. The massive amount of taxpayer dollars that goes into their catering contract clearly mainlines directly into the pockets of the owners and skips every other step along the way. If we get lucky maybe the salad won't be rotton tonight!

They were fantastic to work with! Michaela was very patient and understanding as we were coordinating our party from California. Everything from the planning communication to the day-of set up was flawless. The food and drinks were spot on appearance, taste and temperature. Our servers were friendly and eager to contribute to making our event extra special. Couldn't be happier with Happy Day Catering! Would definitely use again.
