Don’t care if I have to drive an hour to enjoy a really good meal

Highly recommended to try it if you haven’t already they are Movil and they go to Hollister, San Juan Bautista and Prundale it’s worth the drive you won’t be disappointed

We enjoy Hapa Bros every single time we go. They're frequently busy, but when you get a chance to talk to any of them, they're so kind. I have to admit, I want to try more of their menu items, but the chicken sandwich is too good and such a generous portion. It's still good even the next day, I don't know how they do it! And they're always very nice with my little one. He gets very excited when he sees the Hapa Bros truck. We got the chance to try the mochi waffle and it was delicious! The dough of the waffle is slightly sweet with whipped cream that must be house made because it's so good, and fresh strawberries that are so sweet! I highly suggest trying them if you haven't already.

AMAZINGLY succulent chicken breast and terrific ratio of breading on their chicken sandwich. Tried the spicy sandwich, and found the perfect mixture of sauces, slaw, chicken, and breading. Got a sample of the Mochi waffle and immediately turned back around and ordered one. Waffle had a great crisp exterior with fluffy interior, perfect amount of sweet. Pair ALL of this with a caring and friendly staff with rapid service, and you’ve got a winning combination. Can’t wait to go back to try other items on the menu. Won’t go back to fast food fried chicken sandwiches after this.

He was hired for my son’s wedding reception. I love to cook and make lots of parties but my son insisted. Can’t begin to praise these guys enough. There was so much delicious food and fresh (cooked in the trailer in my driveway). If you are wondering if you should hire for your next party…. Do not hesitate. Call them now

Wish I had a picture to show of the great sandwich but I couldn't wait to eat it. The chicken sandwich has been consistently amazing. Their sauces are a great addition to everything as well. Truly one of the best food things to happen to San benito County in a long time.

If you see their food truck, stop, you will not be disappointed. Personally flipped a U-ie to make my first of what will be many more visits. The chicken sandwich is HUGE and sooooo juicy, tender and flavorful, I couldn't put it down. The hapa fries are a loaded saucy delight. And speaking of sauces, the variations are a great compliment to anything. The service was beyond friendly and efficient. My stomaches growling just thinking about it! Supposedly at Vertigo coffee on Fridays.

I was able to try the riblet plate at the Obon Festival in Seaside and I really enjoyed the it. Good size portion with rice and meat. I like the pickled side veggies that were in the meal. Whenever I’m in San Juan Bautista, I’ll check to see where the food truck will be to get a chance to try the fried chicken sandwich.
