The room was decent. Clean, but dated. We were next to the ice machine and the stairs, so it was very loud. Daniel at the front desk was friendly enough but didn't seem to look at my reservation due to telling me about when housekeeping would come by my room during the week when I was only staying one night. He also did not acknowledge my Hilton Honors status which is concerning as a former front desk agent. I had to pay $2 for a water even though I normally get one bottle free per my honors status. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare-nothing special. Entrance to the hotel from the street was not great but we managed. Elevator call button shocks you every time you press it. Also, could not check out via the Hilton app. Overall, it was okay for the one night. I would stay elsewhere if I was staying in the area for longer.

It's rare that a hotel surprises me in the positive, but this one definitely did. Great location, facility, and value. The free breakfast had an impressive variety of quality offerings, the lobby was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was all but perfect. They even had free fresh cookies later in the day. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but I would definitely consider it again.

I travel to Tucson for the gem shows every year and always arrange accommodation months in advance. This year everything went wrong and I desperately needed accommodation upon arrival to Tucson. I was fortunate to happen upon the Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson Mall and I can’t thank Daniel enough for all of his help to secure me a room. He went over and above to accommodate me. It’s a clean and comfortable hotel and in an area I prefer. Highly recommended for the personal service.

Parking:|Plenty of free parking in front.||Breakfast:|Free daily at 6am. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, juice. There are two waffle machines with different shapes. I didn’t like the omelette cheese style egg. The sausage patties were chicken apple flavor. They had vanilla and red bean waffle mix flavor.||Pro:|-24 hour Coffee station in the lobby|-Has a full length Mirror|-Blow dryer|-All the amenities you need to make your stay at home|-Microwave|-Comfy bed|-Closet|-nice outdoor pool|-gym|-large business center||Con:|-The hard water in AZ is terrible. I noticed the dry effect immediately after washing my hands. My skin itches after a shower. Be sure to bring lotion and eczema cream if you’re sensitive.||Location: 3 level hotel located right off the high way. About 20 mins to downtown.

The best Hampton Inn I have stayed for a long time! Everything is done right, from room, breakfast, property maintenance.

Our room was facing mountains enjoy colorful sunrises.

Arabica Coffee was smooth and delicious.

All staff were courteous.

And the hotel lobby is beautiful, plus the Christmas decorations make it homey and inviting.

Very nice, clean and elegant when you walk in. It's a very inviting place. They have a pool and jacuzzi. Which is very nice and relaxing. Customer service was amazing. I would recommend this place when you need a hotel.

QUUEN BEDS are NOT queens. They are Doubles. ||Used points, I would not pay to stay here. Stayed in a standard room since we were only sleeping here. Maybe the suite rooms are better. The beds were doubles, not queens as advertised. ||Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I picked this one from everyone saying it had a great breakfast. They had frozen egg fritatas heated up (could not eat them because they were pre made with cheese). Then cold turkey sausage patties, some potatoes, a waffle station, cereal, and some boiled eggs. That is not a great breakfast. At least do scrambled eggs so you're not excluding people who can't eat cheese or one of the other things in that premade one. ||For other things, the beds are super firm mattresses. As someone with pain issues, I woke up 4 times in pain to change positions. The mattress has zero give plus flat pillows. You can also hear everything from hallway and other rooms and outside, including a non-stop buzzing engine noise even on 3rd floor. It gets louder at times so maybe pool pump. Tried using TV to mask it, but that was even worse weird sound. ||We are also Honors Members but nothing was left, not even a bottle of water.

Very nice hotel in a great location with a friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay here- my room was everything I expected from the Hampton Inn and Suites Brand and then some. Everything about this place was just refreshing and felt like I was visiting a resort. Thank You Hampton Inn and Suites for a great stay!!
