Excellent hotel. (I rarely give hotels a 5* rating.)|The receptionist (Maria) was exceptional, and the hotel are lucky to have her. However much she is being paid, it’s not enough. Warm, welcoming, engaged, and utterly efficient. There was a room issue, but she dealt with it swiftly and effectively. Derry Girls indeed.|The suite we had was vast, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast (free) was one of the best I’ve had , varied and really well presented.|Free parking too, which is becoming rare.|Be aware, though. It’s a ten minute walk into town, but across a 6 lane road. Pedestrians crossing the road are rare, and at night, it really is dangerous.

The rooms are nothing special. The service at the front desk is terrible. Kim helped me and from the beginning I hated myself for booking here. The only saving grace is the customer support phone number. There is plumbing issues. I wanted to stay here again for work travel this week but it won't be happening. I'm finding somewhere else to stay. The service goes to the customer service # I called. Not the front desk team member. I have never had such a bad experience before. I appreciate the accommodation in trying to make my stay more comfortable.
Prior to moving rooms because of the plumbing situation. The front desk Kim says. We can't unclog the toilet. Do you want to move rooms still? What do you think Kim? Am I supposed to not crap or pee for the rest of my stay?

Update. Same night. Different room. Found a yellow stain on the sheets. Called to escalate and was told I would get a partial refund. I'll go ahead and call corporate because this is unacceptable. And I found something gross in the drawer.

I wanted to love this place because it's a Hilton brand. The room was nice! Comfy bed. Weird that the only way out of the shower is right next to the toilet lol. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast was poor, no waffles because delivery was delayed, the next today it was delivered but ready yet. The hot foods were warmish. Not hot or presentable. No fresh fruit! No fruit at all except for dried cranberries for the oatmeal. Workers seemed robotic, not personable or engaged. ☹️

Wonderful stay. Crystal is very attentive. She made sure we had a room that met our needs. Breakfast was outstanding. Coffee good and an assortment of offerings. Very close to Old Town Temecula directly off the freeway. Will be back. Close to restaurants, antique stores, and specialty shops.

Great place to stay for a family. Hot breakfast was served. Ample amount of parking space is available. A proximity to highway. ||Bedroom (double bed) is moderate in size. Beds are comfortable. Wifi works fine across the hotel. Will be back when visiting Temecula.

We flew from NY state for a family emergency. John took our reservation & was very understanding of our circumstances and was very helpful. We found everyone at the check in desk to be so helpful and caring . The hotel itself was clean and comfortable to come back to after spending 12 hours each day at a nearby hospital.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but Hilton thinks offering housekeeping every other day is sufficient; I think that is nonsense … housekeeping should at least empty the trash and change towels daily—the bathrooms don’t have towel bars to hang wet towels on. But we didn’t even get that; three nights and NO housekeeping; had to go down to the desk and ask for towels—“oh, sorry” is all we got. Other Hiltons give Gold Honors members a free bottle of water; not here. I also think it’s weird that there is only a lamp on one side of the bed.

We booked a jacuzzi room and after checking in we opened up the door to the room and discovered they put us into a standard room. After talking to the front desk we came to find out they no longer have jacuzzi rooms but charged us for that feature. After disputing the room and the extra charge for the jacuzzi room the front desk staff said they could give us the room at the standard room price. As if they were doing us a favor. They also said the manager was supposed to call us to tell us the room was no longer available. We chose to go someplace else. Shady business
