The friendliness and service is outstanding. Rooms are fresh, updated, and have great! TVs. Here's the best part... The staff speak so warmly and glowingly about their general manager Bernadette. Apparently her heart is truly into the hospitality business, thus, she inspires and empowers her staff to do their best to care about the premises and visitors. Remarkable to be welcomed by a such a cohesive and upbeat team, who love where they work.

As usual, the Hampton Inn was a very comfortable and friendly place to stay. My review is a bit lower than usual because we had a big issue with the people in the room above practicing their bowling technique at night on their floor. The hotel and staff, however, were excellent and they eventually resolved the noise issue so we could sleep. The breakfast, as usual, was excellent hotel fare. The rate was too high for a place like Spokane.

They are better hotels in the area, a lot more reasonable and respectful toward their guess,this is not it,
I MADE reservations well in advance to make sure they allowed pets,
Came sat and waited for my room for 2h with dog,
I checked in, and they asked for CC and ID,
I went to my room all well,
First, someone barged into my room without knocking, right after they sent a text accusing me of not paying for my pet,
First, the only reason I stay here is for my pet,not every hotel allows them,
So instead of them saying hey,Apologies we forgot to charge u for your peet,they choose to say ,you didn't tell us about your pet,you didn't want to pay for your pet,
Unnecessary,
Do not make your mistakes my problem,
I've been traveling for 9 days and stayed with my dog in every hotel,
But... This is the one that chose to disrespect me,
The manager just stood there, not saying a word,
Mind you, he took my reservations over the phone, and he gave a flat, non refundable fee,he knew about my dog.
Will never ever stay here again and, based on their treatment, will not recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and open from 6-10 daily. Rooms were clean. Very positive experience!

LYDIA!!!! I am here for one thing only - to rave about Lydia. She is the most friendly and hard working employee I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with while at a hotel. I can genuinely say that all of the employees were awesome, but I saw her go above and beyond for everyone she came in contact with.

My expiernece trying to find a clean, accomodating place to stay for 5 of us on a days notice was horrific! When I called Hampton Inn they were amazing, quick and made one room work for all 5 of us! I am so grateful for the wonderful service! The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and continental breakfast had a lot of options and is open until 10am which was fantastic!

Always a joy to stay at the Hampton inn in the valley. Ryan and the rest of the staff are so pleasant. Will definitely return. They always do a great job at accommodating my requests. It makes being away from home much easier. Look forward to coming to the valley again very soon.

Great hotel. Updated new Hampton. Stayed just 1 night for kid’s soccer game in Idaho (from seattle). I do app checkin & checkout so never interact with staff. Usual Hampton bfast but I’ve come to learn that the waffle stations separates the good Hampton’s from the bad Hampton’s. lol. This one had 3 waffle makers which is rare and toppings fully stocked. So kudos to this hotel. |Room was clean and ready by the time we got there so no complaints there. Enough parking to fit our big ‘ol transit van.
