I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times, and somehow they manage to raise the bar every time. From customer service to the quality of the rooms and facilities, everything has been top-notch.

This time around, Terry at the front desk really came through. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates through a third-party site, and he jumped into action, working with them to get it all sorted. When we arrived, he greeted us with a smile and his usual awesome customer service.

To top it off, they were offering free beer, wings, and fries—definitely a hit with the whole family. My wife and kids had a great time and felt right at home.

There was even a moment when my wife forgot her key card while heading to the car, and a kind employee helped her out by scanning his card so she could use the elevator—just another example of the staff going above and beyond.

It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Big thanks to Terry and the entire Hampton Inn crew for making our stay so enjoyable!

Terry at the front desk was phenomenal! You can tell he genuinely cares about the hotel guests and wants them to have a top notch experience. Will stay here again because of him! Location is near some noisy highways but what can you do.

My friend and I stayed at the Hampton Inn last weekend as we were in town to see Cirque Du Soleil and they were conveniently located and reasonably priced as we didn’t want to splurge knowing we wouldn’t be spending much time there. We were pleasantly surprised by the super friendly staff and comfortable beds. The rooms were clean and had the usual necessities. Parking was open and convenient, it felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. WiFi was complimentary. They include breakfast though we didn’t partake. Arthur and Terry greeted and assisted us at the front desk. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided information for local restaurants. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to use a cart for our belongings and take the elevator right up. After checking in, we asked Arthur if he would take a picture of us before the show and he happily obliged, he took several and made an effort to get one we would like, which was just super kind. He also helped me in the morning when I lost my key and when I was looking for another cart. He was especially personable and provided great customer service all around. We were very happy with our stay and if we return to the area for any reason we will likely book again.

Had such a lovely stay I felt compelled to write this review. Traveling solo for business. This hotel is updated and peaceful with every amenity a tired traveler needs. Extremely friendly service. Clean, modern gym. Beautiful big new bathrooms with hot showers. Everything sparkling clean. Used the business center for a last-minute print with no fuss. Enjoyed the breakfast, more friendly service in the morning. Will stay here again if work travel calls!

Stayed here for Cirqe Del Soleil and the rooms were clean, quiet & spacious and the bathroom shower was awesome. Terry at the front desk was very helpful and provided us with a list of places to eat which was awesome. We chose a place called Prime after trying to go to The Tipsy Cow out it was packed. It was so good. I would stay here again for sure!

The last few Hampton Inns I have been in did the brand no justice, they were run down and tired. This one is quite new and the staff is excellent. The breakfast isn’t what you got 15-20 years ago but what is? It was good though and nicely presented - no complaints except there was no hot chocolate available. My only real complaint is that it is located next to what sounds like a raceway. It’s not horrible but it could be much better. The rooms facing the other way are probably very quiet. All in all it is a very good hotel and good value.

I had a laugh upon check-in. The pleasant young woman hands me a tiny bottle of water and said something like

“Thank you for being a Hilton Honors member - here’s a free bottle of water.”

What did that cost them, 35 cents? Sad. I felt like saying, “As a British Airways Gold Club member I get $140 bottles of champagne for free!”

Second time using this hotel. Staff are friendly, food is fresh and most importantly the beds are comfy. We stayed in a suite which is basically just a larger room. Plenty of towels and outlets. My only complaint was there was no extra blanket in the closet

Great hotel, loved the evening cookie service. Lovely breakfast and very clean and well-kept. Staff was working hard always keeping things stocked and ready. Nice conference room for meetings as well.
