Good customer service when booking and then when checking in. Good communication during stay with text messages. Very clean throughout the property and in the rooms. Room was good size for a 2-queen standard room. Decent breakfast included with the usual waffles, although the powdered eggs were a disappointment. Large eating area had available tables each morning, and was nice to use for a couple take-out dinners.||Location is perfect for all the Alderwood stuff on either side of I-5.||A couple other things not great: $10/day parking fee and pretty steep pet fee $75 for our dog.||We didn’t use the decent-size indoor pool or the large out patio.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hampton Inn! From the moment I arrived, the owner, Damji, and the entire staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. The team consistently went above and beyond, taking the time to ask about my day and engage in friendly conversation, which made the experience feel even more personal.

The hotel itself was spotless, and the breakfast options were fantastic—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt more like a cozy apartment than a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind.

The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing pool. Plus, the location is super convenient, with gas stations, grocery stores, and gyms just minutes away.

I can’t thank the Hampton Inn team enough for such a wonderful 3-day stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

It was my second time staying at this hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality provided by the staff. I got multiple text messages from the hotel staff asking about my well being. They even noticed that I had a "do not disturb" sign up when it was time for room cleaning. The hotel offered FREE self laundry (I don't know if I should say this out loud) on a first come first served basis. On the down side, the rooms were a little dated but still comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Lynnwood area.

My family was visiting the US for the very first time and had to let them stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-north / Lynnwood and we stayed with them to bond and also for them to have a comfortable stay. and The Hampton Inn indeed was worth the stay. From checking in with Mr Raul and Ella who checked us in was very smooth and they were very accommodating, the customer service was a top notch! they made sure we have everything we needed through out our stay, they even upgraded our room to one of their suites that has kitchen which was super awesome, the accuracy of the information they gave us was very thorough, not on only that! the feature of the room was fantastic, very clean, smells nice and the bed was comfortable and the pillow was firmly nice. The Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they were so on time in putting the food. well cooked and served hot. This Hotel for sure broke the scale on the stars. Highly Recommended this property and we will stay here again in the future. Look for Mr Raul or Ella when you check - in their customer service was above and beyond.

The staff are friendly but unhelpful. After checking in I was told the elevator to my floor was broken. I had to walk to the next section of the hotel, take that elevator to my floor then return to my room. The room was clean. That's about the only good thing I can say about it. The mattress and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room was much smaller than you expect in a suite. On top of it all, they charge you to park at the hotel. That would have been acceptable had I accepted. They don't tell you about the charge until after you've made the reservation. Two thumbs down!

My husband and I travel for work mostly, so we've had our share of good/bad hotel stays. This one was definitely one of the best!

The front desk woman, Jennie, was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we understood everything at check in! Her attitude was very pleasant and very down to earth, making the whole situation that more easy and swift. We had more conversation in passing as the night went on, and it was just as great as the first. This woman needs a RAISE!

They also have a 24 hour swimming pool! We were able to bring our niece's and nephew in to enjoy it, and they swam their hearts out until the night!

No concerns about leaving our vehicle in the parking lot, we weren't able to hear our neighbors tv through the wall, and the rooms are very well decorated and inviting..STAY HERE!
