Hotel staff is just wonderful, friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient with lots of choices of good eats and conveniently to get on and off freeway. Room is adequate. We did have a bad neighbor upstairs who kept us awake for 2 nights but the staff helped to move us to another room to catch some needed rest on our 3rd night. Breakfast is great! Very well stocked. All in all, it is a good hotel to stay at.

First, this isn’t my typical experience. I went to check in 50 min early. I was informed the fee would be $50 to check in early and with that, I could have late checkout. I declined and this was more exacerbated by the fact that the front desk personnel informed me my room was ready. But nope, can’t check in without paying $50. I get it. Upsell opportunities. I declined. Waited in lobby and changed in the lobby bathroom. Went to check in on time and the front desk lady was alone this time, made a big spiel about the room maybe not being ready. Wait, what? So she called on the radio. King. Single, any clean? Response was yes, they’ve all been cleaned over an hour ago. Her face was red. After finally getting in the room, phone doesn’t work so I can ask for tissue that’s empty. So I head to the lobby. Same lady who checked me in. She has a box near the counter, I say yes… that’s it. She makes a call and says they are out… then attempts to walk away with an I’ll be right back sign…. Ummm, what? I say, can I please have that box so I can go to bed? She snidely and obviously iterated gives it to me. This was after verifying I didn’t need tissue for my bottom…. Which was never requested and honestly very condescending the way she asked. Especially when I was already clear. Please watch the video interaction with this women. I’m friendly, kind and respectful. She’s rude and judgmental. I’m here for a funeral. I explained this to her and she still tried to make things difficult. Why? I’ve stayed her likely 50+ days. Including when we were stranded during Covid. I don’t get the rudeness of people when I was being kind. Someone else had to step in and explain that I declined the $50 as she was trying to get me to concede. Seriously, your motto was not upheld tonight by one individual. One. I hope tomorrow morning goes better. For the price I’m paying and how many times I’ve stayed here, it’s sad.

Travis, thank you for reaching out. I tried to call you but after the phone just rang and rang without anyone answering it, it hung up on me. My review stands. Sad. It was a great place to stay in the past.

Property and location were great. Tons of shops within a mile. Pool was warm and spacious. Our check in experience was quick and easy with Liliani. The guest agent and breakfast attendant that worked Saturday morning could do better though. They seemed miserable and annoyed when approached for help.

Edit: Stayed here again this last weekend. And not sure if it’s because we were in a different room with one king bed. But this rooms bed was much more comfortable going from 3-5 stars. I preferred the regular room on the 5th floor to the suite from our last visit. Pool and hot tub area felt clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself was clean. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. However the bed was very uncomfortable and did not make for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast lots of options. Front desk was nice. Great location. Wouldn’t stay again unless they updated their beds though.

Breakfast was great. However the room, the beds slide little, pillows were like half a pillow without support. No exhaust in the bathroom, so went fogged up when u took shower

I have used Hampton Inns for years now...but never again.
I booked a 1 night stay online. When I arrived I was told my room was no longer available, and I would have to pay for an upgrade if I wanted to stay. It was 10PM and I just wanted a bed....so I paid it.
Unfortunately her version of an upgrade is the exact opposite. I was put on the first floor, 10 feet from the conference room! The Wisconsin Badgers were staying *FULL buss load.
Unreal, should have just given me the room for what I had already paid.
Also, the free breakfast isn't served until 6AM..so if you have an early flight you can forget about that.
Room was best up, no door sign. Stains on the ceiling, thermostat won't go below 69....
And the phone was absolutely disgusting

I have stayed here several times a year since it opened. This time I will not be back. On check in no more welcome smiles or greetings. The room needs updating with torn furniture and peeling wall paper. The shower looked like a 5 year old went crazy with a calm gun. Hot water was just barely hot enough to call a hot shower. Coffee pot didn’t work and smelled of burning. Reported to the desk but no action during the stay. The service over three night was getting clean towels once. If you can’t provide service please do not hold yourself out as a quality brand. Mattress was likewise barely tolerable. Coffee in lobby not refilled and finally the only effort actually made was to have QR code signs everywhere to pay for extras such as tips and parking in an open lot. Sorry but travelers need to beware of what once was a really special place being run into the ground.

This is a very nice place to stay. The parking fee was excessive at $12 a day for a suburban hotel. However, breakfast was free with a vast array of offerings. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
