Wonderful front desk, great breakfast, easy parking. Had a great time at this location, as we had great mountain views, loved the pictures for the room numbers, and spacious King bedroom . The room has the lamps with plug outlets, and the clock has USB outlets. The soap and lotions in the room have such a pleasant smell. This is always a win with Hilton. This location is in an area with a sister property and Dutch Bros coffee on the corner (Starbucks is only a few blocks away). All the good restaurants are around the corner (In-N-Out, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, etc). Everyone was accommodating and just had an overall enjoyable experience for our short trip.

Where to start.....We pre-checked in on our Hilton App, it asked when would you expect to arrive. We put in 1500 arrival. We arrived at 1620, room not ready, we had to wait. Not a great start, considering we had been in the car since 10am.The gentleman apologized and offered us 2 snacks for the kids, with 2 bottles of water which was nice. Finally got our room, it was nice and spacious, Queen studio suite, but it's right beside a laundry room that ran all night long for 2 out of the 3 nights, so all night long all you hear is the machines running which is annoying. (Unless you like white noise, which I don't)Went to go check out the pool and hot tub, we'll the hot tub has caution tape all around it and looks dirty and broken.  I specifically picked the hotel for the pool and hot tub, so we asked if we can use the sister hotel's pool and hot tub next door. They kindly accommodated that request, the first day was great but then the next morning we noticed a man fully clothed in the hot tub for hours, and at one point he looked like he may have been dead. When we went down to check on him but as we were on our way the Fire dept. had showed up then EMS. Apparently he was homeless and once they got him out, he wandered off. Later that day we saw him in a bush down the block. The next morning there was a different homeless man in the hot tub but he was naked this time in the hot tub, for about 2 hrs until police came to handcuff him and take him away.  The first night we came back to our room it had no heat. The unit was broken, we called the front desk, and the clerk says there are no maintenance staff until morning and no equivalent room to switch us too. I asked for blankets as the room was in the 60's, she said hopefully she can find some. Thankfully she did and eventually brought us two. The next morning for 2hrs we had workers in our room replacing the whole heater/ac unit. Came home that same day after being away for 10 hrs to the new unit not working and no heat AGAIN! A staff member came to inspection the unit and also could not get it working. The offer was to switch our family of 4 to a king bed room with a cot. Which will not work for our size of family so they brought us one more blanket for my son who was cold the night before and opted for another blanket.|The breakfast area was not replenished very well, often messy as well. I would not stay here again and not sure I would stay at a Hampton's either. I wished I chose another hotel as there are lots of options. Very disappointed with this hotel. I realize that this was a series of bad luck, but so much bad luck truly caused us to have a disappointing stay here and we had such high hopes when boking this place.||On the positive side, the room was spacious and nice, the pillows and beds were comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. Fitness center was better than the three different hotels we stayed in this vacation.

We didn't have a great stay here due to a series of issues that were probably atypical but caused us to have a disappointing stay.
The positives: The fitness area is excellent. Free breakfast, Queen Studio suite was spacious with nice comfortable beds and pillows.
Staff were nice, friendly, try to help you when needed.
The negatives: Unable to check in when we got there after 4pm, room not ready.
Hot tub broken, with no warning or indication of when it will be repaired. Allowed to use sister hotels hot tub but 2 out 3 days there was homeless men in it, one of the naked.
Breakfast area was often messy and not replenished quickly.
Our room had no heat for 2/3 days due mechanical failure, unable to switch out rooms as they were fully booked the one day and the other day no equivalent sizes room available.

I had the best experience at this Hampton Inn. I am a long time Hilton Honors member and have become used to the great service, but these are some of the best folks in the business. The woman at the front desk and the maintenance man working on the bathroom door were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They embody the Hilton standard of excellence!

Positive: The staff were great. Nice experience with each one I had contact with from front desk housekeeping and engineer. The hotel location was good. Ink loud traffic. Negative: The standard room didn?t have a basic microwave. Even motel 6 has one in the room. Hampton is supposed to be a better hotel brand. Breakfast was okay. Poor quality of meats. The quality of guests are mostly homeless. It wasn?t a comfortable environment.

Rooms were ok. It's good for a stop and go type of situation. They are pretty clean but small. I had one issue when I lost my key and the lady who worked in the front office was taking a smoke break had me waiting until she smoked the whole cigarette to finally help me and it was 1 am in the morning. Other than that, rooms are decent and clean.

This Hampton Inn was far below the Hilton properties we are accustom to. ||It is old and you will know it the minute you step inside and you see the very long narrow entry and hallways with low ceilings and old carpet. ||There's two elevators and one was out of order.||In our room, more old carpet with stains and one of the sliding glass doors for the closet was just gone! You could see into the closet on one side! Really? They can't get another one? The toilet took 2 hands to flush, it was so hard to push down, that's a first! The bed - we both rolled to the middle because it was sunk in in the middle of the bed. The pillows were tiny and just the cheapest of the cheap. Horrible pillows and old towels! ||The only positive I can mention is that it wasn't dirty. This property is in desperate need of renovation. If small comforts are not important to you and you just want a clean place to sleep then book it, otherwise keep looking, There is a Homewood Suites right next door. ||I would not recommend it and I would not stay here again.

All in this hotel is very old the room smells very bad The carpet is dirty and black. The back door smells like rotten garbage. The smell inside the rooms is like sweat. It's very disgusting to spend the night here.
