The room was large, clean and comfortable. Far exceeded expectations, especially for the price. The breakfast was fresh and generous.

When I reviewed my visa charges after my stay I had a question. I called and got an answer immediately (not AI,). Manager Ken was patient and courteous, looked into my question and resolved my concerns.

ADDENDUM; Pricing communication was resolved and price difference was refunded after confirming with prior desk attendant. Was told they would work on communicating within their reservations.

Rooms were clean. Fantastic location close to everything.

Was told the price of the room in person at time of reservation; and the actual price ended up being double the initial price when charged.

The person making the initial reservation either told us incorrect pricing or did not leave notes on the reservation to communicate with another staff member who told us a completely different price when we paid.

Recommend reserving online and not in person.

Great stay. Allyssa at the front desk was a great help after having issues with a 3rd party booking agent (never book through a 3rd party...always book directly with the hotel). She was helpful and showed empathy to my situation and was able to fix my problem. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. My only issue was that the AC was pretty difficult to figure out. Many buttons, none logical, no instructions. A simple placard above the unit with steps to set the AC or heat would have been nice. Also, this is not specific to this Hampton Inn, but ALL Hamptons have The Worst Pillows. Beds are great, but the pillows make it impossible for me to get a good night sleep. I need to remember to ask for different pillows at each stay.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was sufficient and big selection. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the 24hr pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Daughter plays travel ball for a Washington team Pasco/Tri Cities we live in Montana and travel a lot to the area LOVE this hotel and always such kind people that work there! Always stay here through fall ball and summer ball! Keep on doing what you’re doing cause we will always come back!! FYI always a fantastic FRESH healthy breakfast for my daughter!! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at the Hampton Inn located in [Rd 68 Pasco].

On Sunday, 12/29/24 I arrived at the property around 8:45 pm seeking a room for the night. Upon my initial inquiry, the front desk staff informed me that there were no vacancies, despite the parking lot appearing completely empty. Feeling uncertain about the response, I returned shortly thereafter and was greeted by a different staff member.

This time, after confirming room availability, the staff member requested to see my ID. I provided my passport, assuming it would be an acceptable form of identification. However, the staff member then informed me that they could only accept a “standard” ID and proceeded to review my driver’s license. He then made a statement that raised my concerns: “It looks like you’re a local. We have strict rules from our GM that we cannot rent to locals due to past experiences with locals not paying for their room.”

While I understand that hotels may have specific policies, I find this approach to be both unclear and discriminatory. I was under the impression that the property takes necessary precautions, such as requiring a credit card at check-in, to mitigate the risk of non-payment, regardless of a guest’s location.

Given that I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn locations around the world without issue, this experience was particularly perplexing. I would appreciate any clarification regarding this policy, as well as any steps you plan to take to ensure all guests are treated with fairness and professionalism.

The rooms were very clean. It’s not 5 star because I found a needle my 5 yr old almost stepped on but that is easy to miss. I moved the pull out couch for my two little boys to watch tv better with us and the bathroom door frame had water damage but over all it was really nice and clean nice smelling products to use. I had great service thanks to McKenzie who as fast and efficient. Joseph in the past has also been awesome in our past stay here. Would definitely recommend and come back. Breakfast was fresh, hot and on point. They kept everything stalked nicely. Check out was awesome with a gentle man named Ken. We went swimming before leaving (pool area was hot but very clean and stalked with plenty of pool towels at night and day) and Ken was able to provide names for my review from this stay. Previously we had Joseph and unfortunately I don’t remember the other names from my help that visit but we will definitely stay again in the future! 🤗

I usually stay here when in town for work, although it was too short. I was in town again for business and ended up staying at 3 different hotels in the same week. The customer service was excellent. When I arrived, the front desk greeted me with a big smile, welcoming me. She made me feel right at home.

The room here was very pleasant. It was extremely clean and I had a great city view. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept like a rock.

The lobby is inviting with a cool fireplace separating it from the dining area. The breakfast here was not the greatest, thus, I stuck with a muffin and some coffee.
