The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the TV kept glitching going mute and blank then coming back on. Breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, potatoes, grits and 2 different kinds of waffles. Also they had cereals, pastries and juices. All together we had a nice stay. I would recommend over any of the other hotels in the area.

I stayed here for one night during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very nice, clean, and modern. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bed/blankets/pillows were SO soft, I was so comfortable and cozy after a long workday and travel. Good location and right off the interstate. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

A newer style Hampton Inn which meant it also had more of the comforts we are used to. 4 stars is all I could give - the hotel needs a cleaning staff that gives more attention to detail. Things were dusty - the tables outside the elevator even had burnt out bulbs. Small little things like caulking needs to be replaced in places. I asked for a handicapped shower chair but they didn’t have one. This place is good and it wouldn’t take much to make it great!

Looks lovely on the outside. Room is big & roomy. Shower is absolutely disgusting! Nasty mildew & orange scum build up, floor didn’t appear to be mopped, hair on bed & side table. Need to use bleach to clean the shower!! Dead Bugs on the floor. Room is dark Highly disappointed. Glad we were only passing through.

Positive: "" Negative: This is the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff were rude and didn?t try to accommodate requests. The cleaning personnel were friendly and tried to make our stay comfortable.

The Hampton Inn Lanett - West Point, AL, was not great but not terrible. First impression was good. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and it took a really long time to get hot water in either the sink or shower. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom and what appeared to be a toe-nail clipping. The bottom of the shower and shower doors had black mold or mildew. The floor of the bedroom area was vinyl or laminate so you felt grit on bare feet. I used slippers or sandals the whole time. The mattress wasn’t terrible but was low to the ground and could stand replacing. Commode was very short.

Front desk was nice but you're paying Hampton inn prices to stay at a motel 6. Toilet was not cleaned nor flushed. Shower handle was loosely attached and difficult to turn on. Bed is old and room had an extremely musty smell.

Check in was very simple and the ladies were very pleasant. The hotel room was dirty and shower head looked like it was about to fall out at any minute. I definitely feel the rooms are overpriced but the location was great. The guy in housekeeping seemed aggravated when we asked for towels and sheets for the pull out soft, which had breakfast under there waiting on us apparently. The bathroom didn’t appear or smell clean at all
