I've been here numerous times and would definitely come back. Even though cleaning could have been slightly better this time, this is a great hotel and pretty good breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and showers feel amazing. Bed is awesome and lots of pillows are provided. Prepare to sleep like a baby lol

Phenomenal staff! My son was having a nervous breakdown and the staff were totally Understanding and kind. Names of staff that assisted us were Angelique, Michelle and Peter. Thanks for your kindness, assistance and really caring about your guests. My son is better and doing fantastic now. Have a wonderful 2025 and all the best. Highly recommend your hotel!

Check in was super easy. I wasn’t expecting a $150 deposit because the room was paid for but that’s fine. The room was a nice size to have a small sleep over for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you Marina & Karline for making our stay wonderful. My daughters said they would give you 10 stars!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Lancaster and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. The hotel felt quite old and lacked the vibrant atmosphere I have come to appreciate in previous stays at Hampton Inns.

One significant inconvenience was the parking situation. Despite being charged for parking, I found it difficult to locate available spaces, which added to my frustration.

Additionally, the hotel could use some improvements in cleanliness, as it did not meet the standards I anticipated. The breakfast options were just average, lacking variety and quality.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements.

Overpriced and didn’t sleep. ||At $135 for the room, it’s already way higher than it deserves to be, the. They charged my $15 parking - for a motorcycle. It’s the countryside folks, there’s plenty of space and parking should be free. ||I don’t recall being told parking would be extra. ||They also whacked $150 holding deposit on my card, which could take a week to get back. ||On top of that the air conditioner was so loud it felt like I was back on the plane to get to the USA, and the pillows were awful - flat and lifeless. ||Breakfast was included, and would have been fine in a cheap motel - but I think they should have done better at the price. ||The pool was a lifeless, sterile indoor space, heated to a temperature not high enough to stay in very long. The only stationary bike in the gym had a seat I couldn’t adjust. ||I won’t be back.

This place was really comfortable and the service just made it the best.
I've had nothing but a horrible time since flying into LAX and have just had a nightmare of issues over at Wyndham with management. So I arrived to the Hilton property already flustered and upset.
Even though I was having payment issues because my money was already tied up with my previous booking at Wyndham, the service representatives we're kind and helped me with everything they could. I sat in the lobby moving money around to pay for the room and ended up asking Anthony and Austin a lot of questions and probably the same ones multiple times Just trying to figure everything out and they were so kind it just started to make me feel better and calm down from the rough day I had been having. A lot of people were checking in even though it was really late and of course I had to be having these issues in the middle of shift change to make it more difficult / annoying for the workers. But the way they responded was just amazing. Anthony and Austin did an amazing job of representing the Hilton brand and I look forward to seeing how other Hilton properties hold up to the high expectations for customer service and comfort that this property has shown me.

Currently staying at the Homewood and Marinia from Hampton put on a awesome holiday party for the Company I work for! Recently I've been staying at the Sister Hotel next door every 2wks for 2wks since August and years previous, the people have always been friendly! Both hotels are both going through upgrades that will look good at the end of the day. If you like using the gym equipment then I'd say use the Hampton, the homewood is lacking is size of gym and useful equipment other then treadmills and a elliptical, perhaps a good cable weight machine or at least some free weights with adjustable bench. Thank you again Marinia for showing us a good time with the party good food and karaoke 🎤 😀

We are required to be in Lancaster for family business. We have an electric car and have booked this hotel because of the charging station in the parking lot. Which is in use 24 hours a day by people not staying at the hotel(or at least dont have parking permits). Staff is nice and we have had rooms vary from industrial feeling to a little better with a 747 sounding ac.
