Stayed overnight before moving on to see the Aurora Borealis. Staff was super friendly. Got shuttle service from the airport. Front desk people were very nice, providing late check out. Missed breakfast, but a staffer made me a goodie bag to go. This is your basic Hampton, very clean with nice amenities.

Toilet overflowed after an empty bowl flush and when I requested a plunger and/or maintenance, it took an hour to send someone after having to call the front desk twice. 2 days later my room was left unsecured while I was at work (door latch propped the door open for the housekeeper.) After requesting a manager, who was out of the office at the time, they just sent another housekeeper up to ask if I needed service and to inform me that the housekeeper would be written up. Only positive about the stay was the location and convenience to stores and restaurants. Would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room was of a good size and very clean. There was complimentary breakfast provided which was adequate. There was also free parking available.||The location of the hotel was interesting. It was just across the road from some shops, including Walmart. There were a lot of fast food restaurants nearby and a hoagie place but no other restaurants within walking distance.

Staff friendly, check in was quick, pick up from airport quick and easy. Breakfast very nice. Only problem was cleaners only do room every second day but apparently do not make the bed. I know I can make it myself but this is the first hotel I have been to that when the room is serviced the bed is not made. We always try to stay at Hampton Inn when holidaying in the states so I hope this is not a new policy.

Room is clean and located in a convenient location. Great hotel, but hot water in the lobby was always out of water all the time but with lots choice of tea bags. The hotel offers airport pick up services 24 hours day which is a great choice for who plan not to rent a car.

Came to Fairbanks specifically to see the Aurora and had amazing views the car park! Great breakfasts, lots of choice, nice breakfast area. All staff were very friendly and helpful! Cable tv went out and a new box was replaced within 30 mins!

Enjoyed spacious room on first floor. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. I appreciated Breakfast options changed daily. The window shades kept room dark to sleep since daylight hours were most of the day. I enjoyed the heated whirl pool by the pool. It was nice after working long days 6 days a week. Staff was friendly. Only negative was having to get quarters for washer and dryer and only having 2 each for entire hotel. Waited 3 days for front desk to get quarters. Would have gotten quarters at Walmart but each day front desk said they were getting quarters. Recommend laundry baskets that can be signed out at front desk or put in rooms. No room in laundry room to bring suit case to put washed clothes. Made multiple trips once clothes were dry. I appreciated security of badging in outer doors except front entrance. No hotels in the area are a great value in the summer months. Over $400 a night. Thankfully on a business trip.

Same basic Hampton Inn one expects everywhere. Clean room. Clean facilities. Check in was flawless. Nothing to complain about. Last minute reservation was made without any issues online whatsoever. Check out was easy and location was central to the greater Fairbanks area
