We enjoyed our stay. When we needed to speak to the front desk, it was easy to communicate and they were friendly. The hotel could accommodate our bigger family in a studio room. Rooms and facility were clean. Breakfast was well-equipped and stocked. We enjoyed the easy proximity to the Disney resort parking garage. We hope to stay again on our next trip!

Came here on a family vacation. Nice, new clean hotel. The breakfast was so good! A lot of hotels have the waffle makers, but Hampton stepped up their game with a strawberry sauce, chocolate chips, and more. Fresh fruit too! Not just the typical apples, oranges, and bananas but a fruit salad mix. We were staying to go to Knott's but talked with families going to Disneyland. It's not too far from Disneyland and might be worth it to stay here and park at the Toy Story lot. It feels like the hotels near Disneyland are overpriced, charge for parking, breakfast etc.

My one knock on the hotel was our
room would randomly have the phone ring and then it would hang up. I'm talking 6 times in the first couple of hours. Happened in my sister's room too. Initially felt panicked it would happen all night so we unplugged the phone. Easy fix to have an amazing night's stay!

I really don't like leaving this, but everyone should know that just because you're staying at a nicer hotel doesn't mean they don't have bedbugs. Yes, I stayed in 409, and at first glance, I thought it was tick. Behind the bed was kinda dirty, but I didn't see any signs. Let them know at the front desk and end up changing rooms after seeing a baby one crawling on the mattress.
I'm most frustrated because no concern was given. Because of the size of the first one, it has been alive a while. Maybe spreading more than they think. Had a crash course on bedbugs and found they can live 10 months without feasting on blood.
My wife said I can't bring my clothes home !
It's sad cause everyone was nice and the breakfast was fantastic !
I felt that they could have made some effort to put our minds at ease, but it really seemed it was nothing new to them. Not the Hampton Inn, I've come to know ! Check your beds !

Our room was great, clean, nice and roomy, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice! If you're a light sleeper, I'd bring a white/brown nose machine, the road is a little loud. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I have stayed here 1 night a year for 4 years, and just checked in for my annual work related stay.
The rooms are always modern and well maintained.
Desk check in service always pleasant.

I travel and stay elsewhere through the year, and hotels are definitely on a spectrum of service and accommodations.

This Hampton Inn in Buenna never fails me, and I intend to continue staying here because they EARN my business.

Amazing Hampton Inn. As a diamond member, I travel a lot and stay at many Hilton properties throughout the year. This is a spectacular Hampton Inn. Convenient location, spacious room, variety breakfast (not the typical cheap bacon). They served chorizo, various sausages and meats. Very clean, safe and outstanding customer service from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Would recommend without hesitation!

Nice stay. Very quiet 1st floor stay. The room was very clean and spacious, black out curtain, fridge, tv, etc. Late night coffee and tea available in the lobby. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, waffle, fruits, yogurt, cereal, etc. Free parking. Quiet and close to everything

Check-in was super easy! We didn’t get any extra fees during our stay. The gym was clean and for you Peloton enthusiast there’s one bike that you can snag up for a quick workout! I give the room a 3 since the upstairs and our floors were loud making it difficult to sleep. We were able to overcome the noise with some lullaby music on our phones. I would give it a second chance for a future stay.
