Front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The room quite nice and clean but the size slightly small. Maybe next time to booked bigger room size. Regarding the breakfast is quite nice but all are premade the food sometimes are cold and hoping one day they have junior cook to cook the simple food such as fly eggs and omelet. Hotel location are very good and easy to go out to shopping mall.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip. Nice spacious room. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Buffet breakfast in the morning and lots of options including waffles, eggs and other usual stuff. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to Bellvue botanical garden. Self parking available. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

We needed adjoining and accessible rooms after our daughter’s knee surgery. Lucy was so helpful from the first inquiry call I made all the way through our stay. She got us a shower chair and wheelchair when needed… we didn’t even need to ask. The location was convenient, safe and clean. Parking was easy. Free breakfast and coffee/tea available 24/7 was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. Huge bonus was the ability to walk across the street to PCC market, Trader Joe’s and Target. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We came to Bellevue for a funeral. The desk blocked rooms together and was very efficient. One of the few hotel desks to actually answer the chat feature on the ap. New rooms hotel was very clean, breakfast was a Hampton. Breakfast but fresh and attendant was friendly and replenished everything. Our last night the hotel filled up with kids for a nearby gymnastics meet and they trashed the place. When we left for the airport at 5 AM the hotel was spotless. Kudos to the team. Highly recommend the hotel

Positive: Easy check in and walking distance to shopping. Breakfast was ok with French toast sticks and eggs. Negative: Pool was small, but the temp was good. Teens didn't have a lot of room to play.

Overall a great stay at Hampton Inn. Location was fantastic as it was just steps away from Trader Joe's, Target, etc. We loved that the hotel had a pool (no matter the size) and offered free breakfast. The only downside to the rooms was the soundproofing but otherwise, it was clean and functional. No complaints.

we arrived to the hotel around 11:30 PM. We woke up and saw at 8 AM the next day, that our car window was broken into. Other cars were also broken into. The front desk had no sympathy or empathy towards the people with the broken windows- not even an “i’m sorry that sucks”. they said “yeah that happens, we can’t control what people do outside”. They offered no help or compensation. The breakfast is fine, the service was terrible except for two front desk workers. I would not recommend this place unless you want your car windows smashed. never ever coming back here again, and would recommend you do the same.

Convenient location and spacious rooms. My only gripe was they offered complimentary breakfast but there was only paper plates and plastic spoons to have it with. I wish they had real plates and cutleries.
