Amazing views but not so amazing priced expectations. Google claims this is a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel when is is far from it. The mediocre breakfast options and cranky kitchen staff who barked at another guest in front of me over using the wrong spoon for his morning potatoes definitely have me questioning the rating. The eggs looked microwaved and the sausage was burned. They didn't even have chairs on the patio to sit at to enjoy the view.
The pillows on the bed felt like they came from the dollar store. Most hotels give you tea bags with the provided coffee pot. This hotel gave us 1 bag of black tea, 1 bag of decaf tea, 1 bag of horrible coffee and decaf coffee. I guess they assume only 1 person stays in each room at night.

Sure this hotel has a good view but it is not 4 stars. Calling this a 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel is pushing it with the pricing. I expected more and received less.

This is our third stay here. Used to be quite nice, but staff is getting worse. Second day on our way out, we requested our room to be serviced. When we got back at 3:30, it had not been. Same front desk staff we talked to on our way out was there and didn't remember us requesting the service, so called housekeeping to come to the room to service it. House keeper said they were never told. 3rd day we requested our room to be serviced and was told we were on the list, so no worries. We got back at 6pm and yup... No service. No towels, tiny garbage can overflowing. Went down and all we got from the front desk staff was that housekeeping had left for the day. But the would give us some towels. No apologies, no nothing. Like we were bothering them. Sorry to have to bother you! We are looking into another hotel for our next trip here in June.

NOTE: management reached out and said they would look into this. Depending on this resolution, I will update my stars.

NOTE: Dropping to one star. Even though the owner showed enthusiasm for getting something done publicly, 3 weeks later and I have had no contact, no resolution, no attempt at doing something.

Our room was clean and comfortable, although a bit smelly, but met our needs for an overnight. We enjoyed the raucus sea lions on the river front and with the door closed, their barking was barely audible and we had a restful night. For the included breakfast, however, I recommend you go elsewhere unless you are just looking for fuel.

Disappointing Stay – Only Worth It for the View

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the stunning view from the room—it was absolutely breathtaking. However, beyond that, the stay was quite disappointing. The room itself was not up to standard for the price. One of the chairs was badly ripped, the hook on the back of the door was broken and couldn’t be used, and the toilet ran constantly. Additionally, we expected turndown service, including fresh towels, but it was never provided.

For the price, this hotel feels vastly overpriced, as the only real value is the view. If you’re booking here, just know that you’re paying for the scenery, not the quality of the room or service. Unfortunately, without that view, this stay would have been entirely underwhelming

I've stayed at this hotel twice, never with a view. (costs extra)||The staff were pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I needed an extra hour for one of my checkouts and they accommodated me.||This hotel is not the typical tan, gray, and blue of most Hilton hotels, but is various shades of green. Not forest green, but a brighter, yellow-green. It works.||There was a good use of space in the room. The bed was large with nightstands on both sides and a clock. There was a desk with one chair. There was also a separate accent chair. There was an ottoman/bench at the end of the bed.||The room had minimal wear, but there were a few carpet stains.||There was good countertop space in the bath. No tub, only a shower (yeah!). However, they are stocking the Zero products in the large containers that are shared with all guests. I'm not a fan of this. I will say they installed them at the end of the shower, which makes more sense than being under the shower head where other Hiltons have had them. There was also a shower drip, though I could not tell if it was from the shower or dripping onto the ceiling of the bath.||Breakfast was available, but I did not partake.

This is our third stay here. The hotel used to be quite nice, but the service is getting worse. On our second day, on our way out in the morning, we requested our room to be serviced. When we returned at 3:30pm, it had not been. I went to the front desk and they said the kid that was there in the morning didn't remember, so called they housekeeping. The house keeper said she was never told. On the morning of the 3rd day, we requested our room to be serviced again and were told we were on the list, so no worries. We got back at 6pm and yup, no service. No towels, tiny garbage cans still overflowing. My wife went down to the front desk and, while the guy there was slightly apologetic, there was little effort to make anything right, beyond giving her some clean towels to take up to the room. She was told to put the dirty ones in the hallway and he would pick them up, but they were still there when we left in the morning. We felt like we were inconveniencing them. We also had to unplug the phones due to a known issues where the phone would ring once about every minute. When we called the front desk, they said it had been happening for months and corporate will do nothing and told us to disconnect the phones.

Really comfortable, clean room. We had a King suite and a great view of the river. The bed was comfortable and the room was large with lots of space. It was quiet and we slept well. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The gym was really nice and even had free weights.

The staff was mediocre, the man in the dining room was grumpy! The rooms were ok. We had planned to bring our dog, but ended up not. There was a dog barking in the next room and they called us and I told them we did not have the dog there, They still charge dus $75.00 for our dog. We called and they acted like we were lying. My husband is a lifetime diamond member … why would lie about the dog? We had decided to bring our 6 year old grandson and leave the dog home with our daughter!|It has been over a month since we called so I put in a dispute with the credit card company! I called again and asked for the manager and he said he had never heard about it. I’m sure it was the same person we talked to a month ago. We will never stay at this hotel again!
