Just a one night stay, but appreciated the location and low price. Friendly staff and very quick check-in and check out process. Plenty of free, off street parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were in a rush to leave, so opted to grab the prepared “to go” breakfast bags.||Good sleep quality - very quiet

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Hampton Inn in Spokane. The staff was absolutely horrible and inconsiderate from the moment I arrived. It was clear that customer service was not a priority. They were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to offer even the most basic assistance.

When I approached the front desk with a simple question, I was met with eye rolls and short, condescending responses. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. To make matters worse, the staff made no effort to resolve an issue I had with my room, and I was left to deal with it on my own.

The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns before and had pleasant experiences, but this location is an embarrassment to the brand. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you expect even a shred of hospitality.

I am extremely disappointed in how the hotel manager addressed my issue after over 25 years of visits. There was no interest about the problem that developed or how they could help to resolve it. I will not return.

We made an emergency stop here after our friend's radiator broke. Katherine at the front desk helped us out with a case of water. With the friendly service and clean and warm foyer I'd strongly recommend staying here for their hospitality.

We stay here often and it's pretty good for the price. There are often small inconveniences like no towels in the pool, trouble with the blinds in the room, plumbing stuff (this most recent time the toilet kept getting clogged and maintenance finally found a toilet brush that had somehow been stuck down the pipe) but the free breakfast is good, the pool is 24 hours, and the staff is friendly.

Excellent hotel. Staff was awesome, and the hotel was well appointed and comfortable. Shuttle driver took us to the Rusty Moose for dinner, which was a 5 star choice also. Large bathroom, great shower, and over sized bath towels. We try to always stay at this hotel chain when we travel. This particular hotel was one of the best we have stayed with.

This is on the outskirts of Spokane. Easily accessible to the airport, casinos and interstates. They have shuttles as well. Good continental breakfast and a check out of NOON!! Kid friendly. Pool and gym open 24/7
