One bad apple can ruin everything. My experience at check in great. I want to highlight Michael at the front desk and the housekeeper who was setting up the breakfast area. These representatives were helpful, attentive, and provided great customer service. We get to mid day and all that great service was replaced by rudeness and bitterness. The representative refused to give her name but from all the bad reviews over the past 14 months that reference the same individual, we can determine that her name is Sonia. I had a simple request to use the manufacturer remote to the television in the room so that I change to input on the television so that my son could watch Netflix on his game system. “Sonia” refuses to provide the remote stating that “per management instructions, she was not permitted to hand out the master remote and that guest are not allowed to change the inputs on the television in the rooms.” The representatives before her had allowed me to use the remote and I returned it promptly, but the television powered off while taking a nap; so this why i had to go ask for the remote again. Sonia was very rude, and spoke with a nasty attitude. I tried to reason with her and explained that I had used the remote and returned it earlier in the day. She turned her back and went into the office, closing the door behind her abruptly. She took it an extra step to find out what room I was in and who had handed out the remote earlier, then called my room and repeated on the phone that the housekeeper should not have had provided the remote and I as a paying guest is not permitted to change the inputs on the television. Sonia has multiple similar reported rude guest encounters but yet she still is employed to “greet guest” and work the front desk. The beds in the rooms are comfortable, the showers are about a 3.5 out of 5, giving decent hot water but the water the faucet has a strong foul odor when you run the water in the sink. The ac units work better in some rooms than others. Overall the hotel itself is not bad. Your experience will result on what room you are assigned and who you encounter.

this location is very close to the highway. Dennys closed now transients are walking around during the day and people literally sleeping in the bushes not far away. I'd recommend driving a little further if you have a nice car children or are a female traveler. evidently they have issues with parking lot safety. it looks nice and is relatively clean enough to fool you. Hopefully they will get security or at least a fence soon and something opens where Dennys was. I've enjoyed staying here previously.

Shopping right across the street, plenty of places to eat, and at the door to northern Arizona’s treasure trove of natural wonders. Great place to stay. Early morning sunrise gives you a great treat and so do sunsets.

Check in was great every thing was great, till on Dec 1,2024 @ 6:42 pm I am entering the hotel and asking about coffee for the room then a senior lady said no they don't have regular coffee and only offered decaffeinated, but the problem she accuse me that i took 2 bottles of water from her shelf , but this wasn't true, i brought my 2 bottles from the car and she just insisting that i took the bottles and said she have cameras, and Bingo so please i need someone to check the camera and reach out to me before checking out tomorrow.
As this is totally unacceptable accusing your customer for something they did not do!!!!!!

Please I need someone from the management team from the hotel and the management team from Hilton Corp. to reach out to me, as i think this is not what the brand Hilton stands for.
Staff really needs training.

I will definitely not recommend the brand of Hilton to any family and friends in future.

We stated over thxgiv.holiday One of our rooms had roaches. It was on first floor near exit. It was also very noisy with pipes rattling.
Upon arrival front desk was empty. We had to holler. Finally “ Sonia” came out and gave us dirty look. We advised we needed to check in ( really- it was 9 pm! We drove far to get there). She never welcomed us nor said anything besides giving us our keys. She refused to later help my husband w WiFi issues. Very rude. Won’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed with Hilton 200+ nights over the last two years. I rarely cancel a room. I called to cancel due to illness and they won’t cancel it because it’s day of the reservation. (How am I supposed to know the day before I get sick?) Spoke with management and they were no help. When I mentioned I’d take it up with Hilton they became rude and argumentative. I stay at Hiltons due to service. If this continues, I’ll spend my 100 nights a year with Marriott.

We had a great 3 days at the hampton! The room was very nice, TV with cable, frig that needed repair. I tried to wash a load of laundry but for some reason my card would not work in the machine. The amazing front desk clerk put her card in and it worked.
There was breakfast each morning. They put out quite the spread of choices. Waffle bar, bagel and toast, hot breakfast with eggs, cubed potatoes, bacon and sausage. Fruit, yogurt and so on. If you left hungry, it was your fault.
The Hampton inn was very welcoming, the staff was most helpful. Mary was not only helpful but friendly, she went the extra mile for every guest that came in. She is a huge asset to this company. I sure hope she is paid well. Linda and Monique were also very kind and helpful. Will visit again.

We liked this place, just reserved a room late at night when passing by. The man on reception was super friendly, helpful etc. Room v quiet, huge bed and comfy etc. Breakfast fine. We left early morning. No complaints at all, would visit again
