Wendy at the front desk was able to help me solve a very sensitive last minute issue in a Friday evening. The woman in charge of preparing rooms was also very gracious and accommodating to our needs. All around good people, good staff, and clean rooms.

Hampton Inns are usually very good. Our room, however, wasn't. A previous guest had taken the shower head off of where it was attached and my husband couldn't get it back on. We didn't want to take a shower sitting down. Also, we couldn't get the fan to shut off. Some people like white noise to sleep, but that's not us, we like it quiet. We informed the front desk, but they said that they didn't currently have a maintenance crew and was unable to fix the situation. The breakfast, was great.

Moldy and dirty. The room smelled very strongly of mold and there was actual mold visible on the ceiling in the bathroom. The floor was so dirty that it made our feet dirty just from walking on it. All floors and table surfaces were sticky. Even the elevator floor was sticky. The bed was covered in hair when I opened the sheets and the pillow cases looked like they had been wadded up and reused. Even the picture frames on the walls were dirty. I thought the breakfast was good, but unfortunately the room was so bad that I can’t justify giving more than 1 star.

On a recent work trip I stayed at this location. I could tell the building was dated. It was the best location for my one night stay. When I pulled the covers back clearly the sheets were not changed. It was late so I went to the front desk and asked for a fresh bed set. I changed the bedding myself. No way I could have slept in the mess I saw. I'll refrain from putting the photos out there. Then the location I think the locals use the frontage road as a drag strip. I was woken several times by loud cars racing by the hotel.

Don’t stay at the holiday inn stay here!! There pillow are ?. Right off the highway and super easy to get in and out of. We definitely would stay here again. This is for sure a five out of five. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Coffee was good too

All the employees were very kind and helpful. They go out of their way for their guests! The room was clean and breakfast nice.no complaints from this guest! A special thanks to front desk and Wendy for getting me directions back towards Florida!

Wendy and her staff was awesome. Wendy was very business and professional. The food was delicious. Whatever you needed Wendy made sure you got it. If there was a problem Wendy made sure it was solved. My family and l are still talking about the service we had gotten. If you are in Pell City Hampton Inn is the place to stay. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Toenails and Dr. Pepper soda caps on the floor, hair and trash in the bathroom, and a used towel on the back of the door. If my daughter had not already fallen asleep, we would have gone elsewhere. I contacted Hilton that very night and received a case number but my complaint was not followed up by Hilton and I am very disappointed. I don’t expect perfection but this was absolutely ridiculous.
