Positive: It's location is ideal, and the front desk professional was just that. Welcoming and proficient. Negative: Door in the room was so poorly trimmed that light streams in on 3 sides - such a fire / smoke door it is not going to function as such. Tub was dirty and extremely slippery-laid down a towel down to take a shower. Very odorus garbage can in hallway.

The staff is the rudest I've encountered in a while. I checked in late, noticed no ironing board, so I asked for one and got attitude. Then they finally gave me a little mini ironing board that isn't even big enough for one of my sleeves and said that's all they have in the hotel. The rooms are tiny too. I'm not normally claustrophobic but I felt crammed into the tiny room. There is barely a foot of space around the bed and almost no room for the chair at the miniature desk. Their cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. I would not have stayed with how dirty it is except that it was late and I had to get to work early. The microwave was broken and the towels smelled weird, like a burnt smell.

Very nice hotel, that has a decent little gym. Good hole in the wall burger joint across from parking lot. However, I tried looking for a Bible in the room, couldn't find one. You would think Paris Hilton would at least put a catholic one in there.

Great location, so much to do within 5 minutes. Hotel was nice and quiet and the room was very bright and spacious. Pool and hot tub, and free breakfast. Front desk workers were friendly and engaging, and hotel was modern. We will be back in the future

Found out that the living rooms do not have working heat. The front desk will tell you to turn up the heat in the bedroom. The person in the bedroom will be very hot and the living room might be slightly warm after hours and hours. Not staying there in the winter again.
The bartender looked very sad all night.

Angela and Angel did an amazing job with customer service. Definitely a place I would recommend if your in the area! Clean rooms and excellent breakfast!

Positive: Happy hour! Each night they had ice cold beer and yummy food for free. (Chic Filet, Philly steak sandwiches etc) The beds, pillows and ac were all very comfy. The room darkening shade worked great. Great hot breakfast. Safe area and very friendly staff. Negative: nope

Room is good for a single night for work. Has a bed, a desk with a chair and good sized TV. The issue I have is with the cleaning or lack of cleaning. The shower drain has a fancy piece of metal that goes the entire width of the shower floor however when the rooms get cleaned they do not clean under that fancy piece of metal. After a long day of working in the heat I got to my hotel room and wanted to shower and the water was backing up immediately. I moved the metail strip and there was so much hair blocking the drain. If something simple as the drain isn't even being checked when cleaning them what else isn't getting cleaned in these rooms.
