My partner and I have been staying here multiple nights a week for the past few months while our home is under renovation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Michael at the front desk, who has gone above and beyond to make our stays even more enjoyable. He’s always ready to help with a smile, ensuring every visit is pleasant and stress-free.

The added perks of free parking and breakfast are much appreciated, and the hotel’s pet-friendly policy has been a game-changer, as we couldn’t imagine leaving our furry "baby" behind.

Though the hotel is located near a busy street, the well-insulated walls provide a peaceful retreat with hardly any noise from the outside. The heated pool is a lovely extra, and the rooms are consistently spotless, with the cleaning staff paying close attention to every detail.

In short, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly offers everything we need and more. We highly recommend it!

The location might seem a bit sketch, but it rashly didn't feel that way at all.
The hotel is clean, bright, and well appointed.
Soundproofed will enjoy that neither the traffic nor the other hotel guests woke us up in the night

This Hampton inn was a breath of fresh air. Eunice made sure to go over and beyond to ensure that our stay was as accommodated as possible , from calling in the day of check in to extending our reservation, she exemplified stellar customer service .|The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport offers covered parking for 10.00 (and if you are familiar with Los Angeles you know that is a steal) breakfast and there is even laundry at this facility. The rooms are spacious and clean and there are many fast food places in the area . I would withou a question stay at this property again

Positive: Front desk lady was nice. The place is decent if you just need somewhere to lay your head down, but overly priced. Negative: Beds were firm/stiff, thin walls/ceilings, neighbors were loud, clocks were not working correctly causing us to miss breakfast. It would have been fine if it was consistent, i.e., an hour off, but it varied which I'm not even sure how that is possible.

No airport shuttle! A cab will be $26 each way. Was only made aware of this after I had booked so don't believe what it says on Google. Service was the absolute bare minimum to be honest. Breakfast was inedible - but I suppose that's why it's "free". The rooms were very basic. Noisy air-conditioning. If you need to stay near the airport, choose somewhere closer/that has a shuttle

Very poor customer service. I booked this hotel for 17 to 30 Dec as it has an indoor pool for my 6yr old daughter.|On arrival at 11pm I asked before paying if the pool was warm and we were told it is awaiting repair. Considering we had made a long stay booking the hotel should have informed us in advance as the lady on the desk said its been closed for weeks. |She then said we had to pay for a one night stay and we would also get charge one nights fee for cancelling the 2week reservation! |It was too late to make other plans as my daughter was already asleep in her dad's arms so we paid up. The manager in the morning did not relent and agree that they should have told us. Other guests were in reception complaining that the pool was closed but they were told that's just how it is. |There are no local hotels with indoor pools. We had to move to another area and book and great expense last minute. Very disappointing! |I won't be recommending this hotel. I feel let down! Surely they should offer a discount or make more effort to keep customers happy especially as we were planning to be there for Christmas.

All the regular Hampton Inn benefits (smooth check in, nice room, well-stocked breakfast buffet with several gluten-free options) PLUS high ceilings and extra large bathrooms. Was glad to be able to move to the south side away from traffic. Convenient to 105, and just 10-12 min drive to LAX.

The room had a strong smell of food. The hotel has free parking which is great, breakfast is also good. If you are planning to just sleep one night is ok, but maybe not for multiple nights. To hotel is not the quietest as well.
