Location is great an safe, close to the Long Beach center. Rooms are new and comfortable but there is a ventilation which works all the time and our heater didn’t work.

Breakfast was good with open buffet including waffle and fresh brewed coffee. I think it is good value for money.Parking is 20$ ( kind a expensive) and can be hard to find a spot after 10 pm.

I am immensely impressed with this hotel. Airport hotels conjure up thoughts of loud busy spaces, but not here. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were so clean. My room with king bed was comfortable with a nice view of the area including pretty palm trees and blue skies. I had a great night's sleep followed by a hot morning shower with great water pressure. I used the shuttle to the airport which was a quick 5-minute drive. I will certainly be back and recommend this hotel to others.

Very convenient to fly in and out of Long Beach airport. Property is well maintained and has the best pool and lawn area. Has a couple BBQ grills, large hot tub and an awesome heated salt water pool. Lots of sitting areas and lawn games are available. All the staff are awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Sergio is the GM of the property and he is very friendly and takes pride in his property and how the guests are treated. Love this property and how we are treated when we stay here. My go to when I'm in Long Beach.

Enjoyed my stay here, the pool was warm, and the jacuzzi was great. This hotel provides breakfast, swim towels, a gym, some free grooming supplies if you forgot any, and the room was clean. My only complaint was our beds bed frame was pretty loud and creaky. Loved the spacious bathroom and roomy shower. We were on the 5th floor and didn’t hear any plane noises from the nearby airport, will definitely stay again.

‏I thought I was staying at the hotel for free. I stayed for 9 days, and upon arrival, I was informed that cleaning would be done once every three days. Indeed, after three days, I requested cleaning, and the room was cleaned. However, for the next four consecutive days, I kept requesting cleaning, but it wasn’t done. Instead, I was given excuses so absurd they wouldn’t even make sense to a child. I ended up having to buy my own supplies like shampoo, shower gel, tissues, and so on.

‏The breakfast was not diverse, the utensils were not clean, and the staff’s treatment was very rude and unfriendly. Parking is not free either.

‏The hotel is terrible and shows no respect to its guests.

We only stayed here one night but we'd stay there again. The shuttle service from the airport was quick and efficient. The driver was very professional and friendly.
I liked being able to check in on the app and the front desk people were very friendly.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast had a good selection of food and was just the right amount.
We liked everything about this hotel and would recommend it to family and friends.

Booked this hotel for three colleagues who flew out early from LGB in November. We had lots of questions, lots of luggage, and had to switch up payment and ID info. Tori and the front desk gals got us squared away efficiently and were great to work with.

They mentioned “take away” breakfast snack bags for early flyers, which was appreciated. My team used the airport shuttle with no issue.

The front desk was kind and polite, and the room was great. Beautiful upgrades. Love the full-length mirror on the sliding barn door to the restroom. The bed was very comfortable and clean. No foul smells or any issues at all with every aspect of my stay. I would suggest only one upgrade for womens interests. Install mounted on the wall opposite the mirror in the bathroom, an adjustable up-and-down plus in-and-out, mirror for women to view the back of their head while doing their hair. It would be a bonus; not a requirement.
