Really great hotel. The room was a bit small size for 2 beds but it was comfortable. We were there for 2 nights. The breakfast was delicious. Each day there was something different as in eggs, sausages, potatoes….
Also they have coffee in their lobby 24hrs.
I love how attentive everyone is. From the time we checked in, to the kitchen workers. Very clean hotel. The only thing I was very disappointed in was the bathroom door in our room. It is a sliding door and if you slide it too far it has a gap. Oh no definitely did not appreciate that.

My Wife and I came to stay a few nights 10/24. Was greeted with a friendly smile. And was welcomed like we were family. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely book a room here again. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, nor the other amenities that is offered. Flew out from Ohio on a Thursday afternoon, and left Saturday early morning. Had to attend my Father in Laws funeral in Long Beach. We had met and spoke to a lady at the bar during Friday morning breakfast prior to the funeral, I wished I remembered her name, but she was so very sweet. The hotel was a great choice for us TOURISTS, being close to the highway, and close to my Father in Laws home in Laguna Woods Village. Maybe we will have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Please beware this hotel does NOT have heat!!
The first time i stayed the front desk was accommodating and brought me a space heater. I then checkout and went else where: came back a few weeks later, still no heat, this time NO space heaters. Froze my tail off and was promised 50% never received it. Called the hotel and booking agency and they told me since the hotel refunded my parking and the booking agency gave me 20% off their site I was accommodated, but that isn’t what I was promised. I was told I’d receive a
50% refund! LIED!!!! It’s be over 3wks

Loudest hotel ever. Absolutely terrible. There's random bright lights all over the room and the curtain doesn't even close properly. AC/room control do not work. I got no sleep here and even in the morning right now I am listening to a toddler on the floor above me sprint around at 9am. The house cleaners are so loud as well, I guess at least it's clean but with how much sound bleeding there is, do not plan to sleep in here. Weak water pressure in shower. Bonus is the "view" from my room.

Great new place. Only gripe is the $20 for parking in suburbia. Staff was excellent cleanliness. Excellent rooms excellent||Nice fitness center, breakfast was also acceptable. Our restaurant area fit the bill for a hotel like this. Would use again did I say I hate the $20 parking fee?

Chloe snd Manny has superb customer service and very pleasant personality. The hotel is as expected of a hilton hotel, clean and not rowdy. Lobby is clean and so as the room. |Room is at good condition and the sheets smell clean. |Parking fee is separate fee though😫|Overall, good clean hilton experience

We're 3 days into a 5 night stay and are just unpacking. We've had to move rooms twice due to a room that didn't match our reservation and one that was "out of order".
The hot tub was great this morning.
The staff are very friendly but seem hampered by towel shortages.
Most Hamptons are great. With their great staff, this one should be improving.
Keep your eye on this one and give it a try sometime.

My boyfriend and I got to enjoy a romantic getaway this past Valentine’s Day. The hotel was amazing from the room to the food! A special shout out to James whose kindness made every morning pleasant. Thank you also to Edna, Lulu, Jairo and Gaby! We hope to revisit soon.
