This Hampton Inn is conveniently located off the interstate. It's clean, the room was comfortable, and staff are all friendly. The breakfast area was immaculate and, unlike many other hotels, the food in the chafing dishes was actually hot. Kat did a fabulous job keeping the area clean and replenishing the food ,and her bright smile was a nice way to begin the morning.

I wouldn't give this place one star, but have to!
I have 4 rooms due to my father being in the hospital in critical condition. I have my children, and as most children they are a little loud. It's 11 pm and the guy at the front desk comes to the room and says; "I have a noise complaint, and if I come back, I'm bringing the police."

That is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for! He said those exact words! He could have been nice and said he had a noise complaint and keep the kids quiet. But that's not the way it went!
I will be checking out of this place in the morning and we're going to another hotel!! If you're here for anything, they are several other hotels close by, and I would highly recommend you go to one of those!!!

We love Hamptons because of their quality and personnel --but this Hampton was exceptional! Everything about it was PERFECT. It started with Shaleen on the phone and Mesha at the front desk had an A+ personality. Gabby, also at the front desk, went way beyond her job in helping us get - a pizza! Room was immaculate, shower perfect, oh my the bed was so comfy! Location is right in the middle of everything but off to itself with peace and quiet. Loved the eating area and the two women kept everything filled and hot. In my opinion this is THE place to stay!

Do NOT stay here!! Recently unfortunately had to stay here due to a family emergency, so as you can expect I was exhausted. Unfortunately, when I checked into my room which was incredibly dated, partially unpainted and overall just unlike any other chain hotel I had stayed at that I can hear not only both people on the side of me’s televisions but also their entire conversations. When the person next to us got a text message we could hear it, so you can imagine what else was heard in intense detail while I also a paying customer had to suffer through the entire thing. So thanks alot for your paper thin walls, again DO NOT stay here the hotels in the area are much nicer and are the exact same price.

Nice hotel, fairly new, clean rooms and very nice staff. On a cross country trip with our dog, so I need to know the places I'm staying in are safe and there are no surprises. Hilton has never disappointed me; great hotel chain. Close to gas, several food places, right next to the freeway, in a quiet area down the street from a huge Amazon facility that at night, looks a little like it's floating in the sky, a little funny. The breakfast was a little less than we're used to at Hiltons, but not bad. Hilton needs to re-examine its pet fee, at $75 it's steeper than any other chain I've been in.

Very friendly staff great place to stay! |Definitely would recommend this property to others. The breakfast was very well taken care of. Even with this property being under renovation it is still very well kept up. All staff was very professional and really cared about their job and how their hotel is presented.
