I’m giving it 4 stars for the fact our room was bed bug free. Very important to me being in pest control for almost 20 years and the anxiety hotels give me. It def needs to be cleaned more, stains on bed. Outside carpet is awful. Breakfast is eh. Ac is a little weird but we got it right eventually. Staff is very nice! Dog friendly and I don’t feel the $75 fee is bad at all for all the hair they have to clean. Rooms are pretty nice and honestly I didn’t hear other ppl even tho it was packed from hurricane Helene. Stuff to work on sure but we appreciate yall so much!!

Too. Service was nice .. but Black mold all over the shower. All but one lady at the desk is actually nice and doesn’t have an attitude. And they love to sleep on the job.. I’m a big fan of Hiltons but not this one. I’ve been here before and the service wasn’t good then. However I was thinking maybe it was just an off day. It happens in life, but after this long stay. Ahh no this staff sucks, I suggest the Days Inn. It’s just up the road a minute. They know what service & cleanliness is.

The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, were out of a lot of normal stuff. Have had much better. Room was pretty clean except for the pillows had a yellow tint to them. The bed was hard as a rock, would have expected a better pillow top or something but was not comfortable.

Worst hotel I have stayed at. I checked in on the Hilton app and received my electronic key. When arriving to the hotel at 2100, I went straight to the room and opened the door. The room smelled terrible and there was a large industrial fan recirculating the air. So I went to the front desk to let them know. The front desk attendant said that room wasn’t available so she assigned me to a new room. This room also had a terrible wet dog and cigarette smell, stains on the floor, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, hair in the shower, an empty shampoo bottle, and empty body wash. Some of the pillows were so stained they were dark yellow. The room window was facing the highway so I heard traffic all night long. At 0330 in the morning someone was playing music on a loud speaker. I decided to end my stay much earlier than I planned because it was impossible to sleep in this hotel. The interior hallway of the hotel was in terrible condition. The carpet had multiple very large stains. There were dirty hand prints on the walls and excessive damage on all of the trim.

Housekeeping steals so beware. I had the do not disturb sign on my door then I hear the housekeeper knock on the door then use her key card to enter my room. Why are you trying to enter if i have a do not disturb sign on my door? The only explanation was she knocked to see if anyone was inside then she was going to ransack the room looking for valuables. I’m glad I was in the room at the time & i plan to buy a hidden camera to place in my hotel rooms from now on because I travel for work and this might be a regular occurrence at Hampton Inn Hotels

Beds were comfortable and service and breakfast was good. My only complaint was the carpeting in hallways and in the room. It was dirty and stained.

I am giving this one 5 star. First i want to say thank you to Andrea and whover her manager was tonight (i didnt catch her name) that apprived what was needed. It was very much needed for accomodation to be made for my daughter as she traveled 9 hours away on a road trip. She was stuck last minute having to find a different hotel than what was already previously booked at a different hotel for unspoken reasons, but This team made it possible. Andrea even went as far as giving her the first floor to keep her as close to her throughout the night as she could just to make sure she was safe. She was very helpful, nice and accomodating. I had called so many other places prior with ZERO efforts to help. I asked my daughter how the room and service was for her and she has had zero complaints. Thank you again so much, im very grateful
