Rooms are clean. Service is good. Location and views are terrific from hotel. Though you might night get a spectacular view from your room on one side of the hotel. You can go out and enjoy the Gazebo area and still see the views. Hilton should bring back bagel toppers for breakfast though. This isn't just this hotels problem though; seems they just don't do them anywhere anymore at most locations.

During a recent stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and commitment of the staff, especially during a major snowstorm paired with extreme cold weather. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the entire team was dedicated to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, even under challenging conditions. Casandra, the General Manager, exemplified outstanding leadership, and true concern for the safety of front desk and housekeeping staff that may have had to travel. I also had the opportunity to speak with Casandra and Maintenance Engineer Chad, about the hotel's emergency procedures and backup power systems - very informative and reassuring. Beyond the impressive staff efforts, the quality of the stay itself was excellent. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to other travelers

What an absolutely beautiful place! So clean and comfortable with top quality products from the food to the bedding! We don’t travel to this area much but if I ever do again this will be my go to place! Pumpkin spice waffles, egg white frittatas, western omelet, bacon or sausage and so much more for breakfast options. The only negative was that our room door stuck in the upper corner which meant we had to close it very hard. Not a problem for us but I felt bad for other guests… absolutely top notch hotel. Great job!! Oh and so so clean. And the girl working the kitchen was on top of everything all morning! Oh and beautiful views.

During our stay at the Hampton, my family was made to feel at home. The room was spacious for a family of four and the staff was truly outstanding. It felt like they went out of their way to keep things running smoothly.

I forgot my razor, they provided one for free. I forgot my poop bags for my dog, they provide a place for your dog to go with bags. I wanted a good view and cozy room, they gave me a king bed and an awesome view of the valley and range. I was hungry when I woke up and they had a full breakfast (waffle, eggs, omelette, flavored coffee, muffins)… you know, a real breakfast, not some packets of nuts and some granola bars, but real cooked warm food. … airbnb is a scam. The Hampton is 10 times better,no weird hosts, and free fast WiFi. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and easy to talk to.

If you are on the fence about staying here and checking the reviews first, this is a great hotel. Do it. It’s way better than any airbnb.

This was the second hotel on our trip (previous hotel was also a Hampton Inn). This location looked like it was quite new. As with all our stays at Hampton Inns (our hotel of choice for cleanliness and value), it was excellent. The room was extremely clean - we had housekeeping service every other day, which suited us just fine. The lobby and breakfast area were impeccably clean and tidy. There was a wide variety of breakfast items over the days we spent there, which we greatly appreciated. Loved our time during our stay here!

This deserves a 10 out of ten! Everything was so nice., from the very beginning of our trip until the end. The personnel were all so friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I loved the huge walk-in shower. The breakfasts had everything you could think of! A great experience!!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and the morning my friend and I checked out, we were greeted at the front desk by Cassandra. Cassandra was extremely professional, and very informative and helped us understand a policy, which I myself did not know. I was very appreciative.

In addition to that, the hotel felt clean, safe, and the room was cozy. To the woman working the breakfast, big thank you for your patience when my friend and I were trying to get breakfast before y’all closed it down.

The customer service here is great, and they make you feel welcomed. I’ll come back for this reason alone if I am ever back in Elkins.
