Tourists be aware they charge you triple the amount if they think you are not from the city. Racism at its finest. Locals pay $99 a night, and tourists pay $2-300 a night.. We were also double charged after we left and now they're chasing money, why not say this face to face that you expect us to now pay triple Isaiah. Worst management.

This hotel is the best! All the employees are so welcoming and breakfast had it all. It was housekeeping though that made our stay extra special. We left to go shopping and our room was pretty messy. I expected new towels and trash gone but they exceeded my expectations by far. The room was back to how we found it and they had set up my daughter's stuffed animals so they could watch her tablet. It was the cutest thing. This was really nice to come back to and we are so appreciative of how hard housekeeping goes to add to our experience. I have never come "home" to a house cleaned so any mom would understand how special that was. I would come back and recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your hospitality!

Gray hotel, the pool and the spa really good. Algo the bed was so comfortable, I have only one observation, the AC of the room was noisy. Breakfast was good with a nice service

Irvan and Rey (or maybe spelled Ray?) at the front desk were very helpful. The room was comfortable, and the location of the hotel is perfect for me to visiti nearby family. I decided to extend my stay an extra day, and the staff was very accomodating.

This is my second time at this hotel and i honestly love it. This time we brought our puppies. The staff is always so friendly and the breakfast bar is always my favorite because they have a waffle maker. Their coffee is ok but it does the job. I love that they have complimentary items that you might forget to pack like tooth paste, razor, Advils, etc… the rooms are always clean!!! On and their skin products/ shower items are also very nice and clean smelling.

I made a reservation for a king bed in the first floor and when I arrived was told i was upgraded to a two queen bedroom and was on the fourth floor and very far I don't think that was an upgrade, I'm a hilton gold member and had to ask for a water bottle and before I would get a bag with water and granola or a cookie and no soap on the shower! P.s. I was told at front desk the reason I was moved to another room was because of overbooking!

We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn when we were in Chula Vista on October 11 and 12 to attend the Viewing and Funeral Services of a deceased relative. My wife and I had a positive experience. However, it's worth mentioning the descripancy in the shower area, which happens to be with disability and mobility access. The shower curtain is about 2 inches short off the shower floor, which allows the water to splash out and water to leak outside the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I reported this to the Front Desk and, at the same time, requested additional towels.
