Lovely experience at this hotel. Room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Alex at the bar was incredible! He made us feel so welcome, like we had instantly made a new friend! Great conversationist and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Breakfast was decent. Loved the mini waffle iron and the selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Can’t complain about anything. We will be returning soon!

Really nice hotel in a nice location. Everything was clean and modern. The breakfast was good and hit the spot. My only complaints would be that it seems like the building is a bit cheap as far as noise goes. You can hear yourself walking down the hall and I heard the people up stairs and every step they took (I would request a top floor room for this reason). Also, the comforter on the bed is so rough you really don't want to use it anywhere near your skin. Other than that, beauty property.

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful spot in town of Carefree. Very welcome check in by young lady on desk - apologies did not get her name. She even made another pot of coffee when I said the cup I had was luke warm and helped print out our boarding passes for our flight the following evening. A nice person all round.|Really like our room overlooking front entrance, a wonderful view as could see the far mountains, sun dial and cactus garden and later on all the evening lights.|Room enormous! Lovely bathroom with glassed in shower and body products smelt divine. We both slept really well, better then in the condo we had rented previous to staying here.|Breakfast very good, well replenished by breakfast lady. Asked for late checkout and spent time in and around pool which was not heated as previous guests had thought it too hot. We were invited to wait in lounge until we were ready to leave and enjoyed the chats we had with Rocky? on front desk. |We had a lovely stay here and cannot praise the hotel and staff enough.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and my room was clean and comfortable and included a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The breakfast options changed each morning which was nice and there is a Starbucks about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The pool and hot tub area are nice and there’s a bar inside that is open until 11:00 and the bartenders were always very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location in town center, within walking distance from restaurants and local entrepreneur shops and artist galleries. Very relaxing environment, great pool and hot tub, Homey feel to this laid back little town of 3,700 residents. Close to trails, golf, and Scottsdale is a close drive. And of course Phoenix is farther drive for more entertainment options.

The rooms walls are paper thin. It sounded like the people in the rooms on either side of me were in my room. I could hear people walking down the hallway from far away. No music, no parties just people talking. Privacy should not be limited to line of sight, or having a place to not be seen, but also not be heard or hearing others. An opinion not kept in mind with the construction of this property.

This hotel is fantastic. Most of the Hampton chains are very nice, however I particularly enjoyed this one very much. I really like the layout of this hotel, and the decor is very welcoming, fun, and inviting.
They have a wonderful pool with plenty of loungers and sunshades, even little fountains that spout into the pool. It was very luxurious. They also have a hot tub, both were sparkling clean and very enjoyable.

What really set apart my stay here from other places was they let me check in early, around 12. I drove 60 miles out here to hike a trailhead that unexpectedly was closed. That really threw a wrench in my trip and allowing me to check in early here, set everything straight.

My stay was so comfortable, so clean, and so enjoyable. The pool was fantastic, the amenities were great. The rooms are furnished and lit well and very clean. The only downside was the coffee in the morning in the breakfast area wasn’t really hot, it was sort of just warm. I’m a big coffee person, so I noticed that right off of the bat. But that truly was the only “flaw”, if you can even call it a flaw, I encountered while staying here. I would totally drive all the way back out here just to stay at this hotel again. If I could give them six stars I would.
