When arriving to book, and check-in with my pet, I was told that there would be a pet fee and that would be charged to my card. This is the only charge/fee that was discussed. My room would be paid for with the points on my Gold Hilton Honors account. However, later I received a $245 charge on my card for the room. When I inquired through the customer service "chat" on the app, I was told by the representative "Stark" that I need to read the fine print and hotel staff should not have to brief me on the charges per stay, that I as a consumer should know that the room I stayed in was not a standard rate room. I have lost faith in the Hilton Hotels for quality and comfort stays. I will be booking elsewhere for personal and government travels in the future.

My Family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton at 45 River Cane Blvd in Atmore a little over a month ago. The hotel and the rooms were outstanding! Very clean, very nice, mixed with that Shoutern Charm! The staff was absolutely amazing two of them really stood out Miss Tammy Gates and Miss Melissa Cooper, these two Ladies went above and beyond to make our stay an incredible one. From the time I called Miss Tammy to help me with our reservations until the day we checked out Tammy was Awesome. If you ever find yourself near this Hotel and you need a room I highly suggest you go see them. And if you do tell Tammy and Melissa that Jim and Lou said hello.

The only reason I gave this hotel a one star review was because it wouldn’t allow me to give it zero stars. Not only were there bed bugs in both of the beds in my room, but there was terrible odor that hit you as soon as you walked in. I have never stayed at such a bad hotel, and wouldn’t dare recommend it to ANYONE!!

Dogs barking at 930pm doors slamming with a lot of noises, hard to sleep. Then the front desk Melissa called at midnight to wake me asking if was checking in, stated I am in my room at the Hampton inn sleeping. The next morning was charged another 190.03 dollars- not sure my cards was already charged for one night stay for 149. When asked Melissa she states my account showed a negative for that charge. I won't stay at this Hampton inn again.

Very good hotel but when persons in other rooms shut doors and didn't actually shut, it was a slam. In the early as people were leaving, they are very disturbing to try to sleep thru.

Rooms are very nice. Its a renovated older property. Floors are noisy, you can hear people walking above, and our bathroom door wont latch closed. Ice machine is only on the first floor. The breakfast is kind of sad compared to my friends experience at the Fairfield Inn close by. IF I am back here again, I will choose Fairfield.

Clean great staff|While breakfast seems to be standardized with Hampton now that is then only drawback. One can’t penalize the hotel for what corporate is telling them what to do for breakfast. It’s really not too good anymore.|The hotel itself and the staff are great

You might not care for the wait BUT......heck even the salad is worth the wait. Don't sleep on the CALIFORNIA CHICKEN..the ginger lime sauce...gd Claude that stuff is deeeeeeelish!!
