My parents love this tour and would never go on a trip with any other.

Amazing tour company geared towards elder Armenian people who wish to go to casinos and travel. Prices are extremely reasonable. I went on a 2 week Armenia trip with Hampik with my mom a while back. it was amazing. Time was short but we packed a lot of places in the 2 weeks we were there

I really enjoyed going with Hambik tours, call reserve day before, the coordinator was very nice, and driver, excellent driver, people were very nice, on the ride they give you cheese bread, 7 up and water, coming back they give you crackers, coming back we played bingo Free of charge, coordinator brought (3 gifts) so whoever won bingo she gave them a gift. (3 games of Bingo.) Thanks Hambik's I had a great time. Thanks for making me and my husband, welcome.

Great person, great organizer, great tours, amazing memories, fun times. If you get a chance, make sure to go on a tour where Hambik is present himself, because he is a very intelligent and educated person. He knows quite a bit of history and is very well educated about the places that he takes the people to. It is very thoughtful of him to provide food, drinks, and snacks on all tours. The prices are unbeatable for the service provided. Lake Tahoe and Armenia tours are my favorite. Bryce Canyon and Redwood Forest are another of my favorites. I HIGHLY recommend Hambik Tours!!!!!!

We took the tour to Las Vegas (December 2021). My two main complaints are:
1. It's a pet peeve of mine when tipping is forced upon customers/clients, especially when there is a required/forced minimum "tip" ($20 in this case for the driver I guess).
2. The bus left six of us stranded when we were a few minutes tardy returning to the convening point . We had to take a taxi to return to our hotel (one would expect a final headcount of the rank and file and at least a minimal effort to ensure passengers are not left behind).

Terrible customer service. I called and reserved a spot for Vegas. Called the day after to go and pay the money when a lady said that they were full even when we had reserved the spot. Was there really a need to lie? They could've said they were full when I called. Save your time and money and find another place.
