The woman in charge was very rude, we paid for a room and a few minutes later she took us out of the room, yelling at us that the plumbing didn't work and that we should leave very quickly.

Don't be fooled by all of the fake positive reviews. Judging from the exterior, this seemed like a quaint place to stay and the rates were reasonable. I learned quickly that this establishment is a haven for the lowest dregs of our society. It's obvious this is the spot for the drug users/dealers and other questionable and dangerous looking types. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I can't emphasize this enough.||||This place doesn't even have a lobby. You have to check in outside and speak to someone behind dirty glass. That right there should have told me what kind of place this is & what kind of experience to expect to have.||||There was a musty foul odor to the room, there was hair all over the bed and the bathroom and carpet was soooo filthy. There were what looked like blood and urine stains on the sheets and mattress and the air conditioning vent was entirely caked and covered with layers upon layers of thick dust and who knows what else. It's summer and boiling hot, but I couldn't turn on the air because I didn't want to breathe in all the nasty particulates that would've blown out the minute I turned on the air. ||||I needed a motel for 2 nights, but left after the first night and checked into The Comfort Suites on Glendora, which was a most excellent experience with CLEAN & SANITARY accommodations. Never again will I stay at The Hacienda and if you value your safety, neither should you.

Me and my friend we visited this motel last week the rooms were very neat and clean, the service was good . actually my friend forgot his wallet in the room and we left and then when we realized and came back the boy at the front desk took and kept it safely, when we offered him a tip of 10$ he refused it gently. it was indeed a very nice experience.

This place is small, and seems very undermanaged. There is very limited service, no food, and the staff is very rude in demeanor. I left my watch on my bag, and it's gone now. The doors have difficulty closing too. The tv works fine, the water feels hot or cold based o where you place it. It was okay, it wasn't great though.
