After a long flight from the east coast and a late arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by Peter who immediately made me and my wife feel like we were home.||We stayed here for four nights and the stay was tremendous on so many levels. The customer service is great - Peter and Tyrone were super nice, informative and eager to ensure our stay was pleasant. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is also great - literally a short walk to the beach and area restaurants. They also provide a free breakfast and coffee for guests at the hotel . ||Overall, we love this hotel and will be back to visit again. Highly recommend this place!!

Hermosa is a less crowded beach except for the volleyball nets and players - frequently on site. Volleyball is played closer to The Strand, however, so they won’t interfere with your beach time. There are public bathrooms and a nice dock to walk out on. Watch the surfers early in the morning. This is a great spot with lots of good restaurants with views where you can dine bare footed!

Excellent customer service for my husband. Like an idiot, I booked his room a week later than his USC reunion date. He arrived at the front desk and the very nice gentleman at reception found him a room even though they were very busy with a toy convention. Also, the website booking the room originally said I was not going to get a refund for the unused/wrong date unless H20 agreed; when I contacted H20 they agreed to a full refund. That is great Customer Service.|As to the hotel itself, my husband said he really enjoyed walking to the Beach during the day where there was a quite a bit of joie de vivre. There is a bar in the hotel that he arrived too late for (I think he said it closed at 10 pm) but he said it looked well stocked! Clean room, very comfortable, great location.

Wish my wife and I had found this place earlier . Very clean and staff is awesome. Always look forward for my stay. In the middle of everything Hermosa beach has to offer, what more could you ask for?

WORST check in and customer service I have ever experienced. Hermosa Beach is awesome, the property H20 Hermosa is very new and clean. The rooms were clean, parking was easy and only $20 for overnight parking, beds were comfortable. Hotel was very pricey, but it is very close to the beach and pier. With that being said, the staff was absolutely horrendous. She should not be working in hospitality. She was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. She had a very "I don't care attitude" The stay I booked was nonrefundable, if this weren't the case, I definitely would have left and stayed elsewhere. The owners of the hotel should really think twice about having her as the face of the hotel to handle guests. It completely ruined the start of my birthday and vacation experience.

Excellent customer service! Clean rooms ! Perfect Location! My special thanks to Tyrone Flowers, who went above and beyond to help us with our reservation changes due to flight cancellation even though it was during the time that was their off work hours.

This was a great boutique hotel. It was very clean and super comfy beds and pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. It is in a great location just walking distance to the beach and close to all the attractions Hermosa has to offer. The yummy FREE coffee in the morning was a huge hit.

We stayed here for 2 nights, towards the end of a 3700 miles road trip through California, Nevada and Arizona experiencing many hotels, H20 was our favourite one! The location, only a few steps from the beach and close to cafes and restaurants. Upon arrival our welcome was warm and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was well appointed. Plenty of choice of drinks in the fridge in our room (although we did not have any). Although there was not an ice vending machine we were provided with ample amounts from behind the bar. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
