In principle, this could be a nice hotel: spacious room, good bed, nice shower. However, the walls and windows are so poorly insulated that it feels like you're sleeping in a viaduct above the adjacent 8th Street. As a result, I was constantly woken up by roaring cars. I see in the reviews that the hotel says they will address this, but with all due respect, a complete renovation is needed. A simple tip for the staff: provide free earplugs at the check-in desk—that's the least you can do to counter this noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at H Hotel. It is very close to everything including the boat tours, shopping and food.

The hotel is really clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is extremely helpful.

The morning breakfast is completely vegan but if you want to have a non vegan breakfast you can head over to their sister hotel (S Hotel) that is right across the street.

This place is super adorable. I love the unique flare and hospitality. The rooms were small, and it was a bit strange peeing in the bathroom with my kid and niece on the other side of the opaque windows. I loved the doorbell and nifty things. There were no amenities, though, and you could hear any door close throughout the entire floor.

Overall, for the price I enjoyed it very much. It would have been perfect for just my husband and I. Not super family friendly.

Our expectations for the hotel were high based on the website and the photos on the booking website. The images made me think we would get a boutique hotel experience. The actual experience left a lot to be desired. First off the room itself only had the very basic amenities: bed, tv, desk, chair, area to hang your coats, towels that were not soft and the bathroom. There is no fridge, no microwave and no hot water kettle. The bathroom doors are also very transparent. I would say it was basically 90% see-through. The shower does not have a lip on the floor. So water gets all over the bathroom floor. Each time someone used the shower, the whole bathroom floor would be wet making the bathroom unusable.

Two incidents happened during our stay. On our second day going back to our room, we saw a random women by one of the hallway windows near the fire escape. It looks like she climbed in based on the unlocked windows. On our last night, we were startled at 10pm by a vibration rumbling above our heads. They were able to fix it quickly. Apparently it was due to an air conditioner on the room. It must have been right about our room because I could not even think. We were sadly startled again at 6am the next morning and had to leave the hotel for the morning until maintenance fixed it.

I would hope in the future the hotel would focus more on important details like the shower lip, towels that are softer and dusting the room before our stay.

Typically I would have love to relax in my hotel room and decompress. This stay unfortunately was not as relaxing as I would have hoped. The plus side is the parking lot was nice and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here. However if you’re visiting and just need some place to sleep, this can be a good option.

Nice.hotel. Noisy guests. Not the hotels fault but people walking around a small room for hours above us like a small elephant that was anxious. People are clueless to their neighbors.
Restaurant is limited. We chose this hotel overnight because of the cafe and bar downstairs to find out it’s only open until 4pm (weird) and the bar isn’t open until Wednesday night (we were here Tuesday night). Luckily, the Oaxacan restaurant down the street was good. Margaritas were excellent. Staff was friendly and kind.

Great service. Parking on site. Modest sized rooms with large bathrooms. High traffic area for tourism.

Couldn’t find a blow dryer in my room so I called the front desk and they were happy to have room service send one up immediately. Great stay

Location of the hotel was great. Average room king size bed. Not such a great view. No microwave, no fridge no iron to iron your clothes. Overall experience was an 8.5 just because the noise kept me up that night from the people in and out of the hotel throughout the night and a man snoring was so loud from upstairs. I can hear it through the walls lol

Positive: Friendly, responsive staff, very clean room with modern, minimalist feel, comfortable bed. Onsite cafe is quite good too! Negative: A chair with a backrest to use with the table should be there (there was a bench to use that does not suffice for working with your laptop on the table)
