First time in Yakima. We were looking for halal place to eat. This place serves limited halal items. We ordered grape leaves some of my fave appetizers. These were the worse had. And believe I have had plenty in the US, Middle East and Turkey. We took one bite and returned them. They had fat grease and tasted stall. When the staff person took them back he said he will not charge us and he still charged portion of it. Please don’t serve if you can’t eat them yourself. The BBQ fries were good.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was amazing! Felt like we had been there before, they were friendly and great to talk with. The food was amazing! It was my first time and I will be returning! I had the chicken kabob dinner. Oh man, it was delicious! Prices were great! No where in yakima can I get dinner and a drink for the price I did here!

best gyros in yakima and the falafel 🧆 sandwich is surprisingly moist.

great value and easy to get to.

there seems to be absolutely not masking up so know that going in and probably stay away if that kind of thing bothers you.

the staff is friendly, the food takes a bit to be ready but it’s worth it — just anticipate wait.

This was hands down one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and had a great attitude. I will definitely be coming back.

A great find for us! We were just hungry, but stumbled onto this great gyro place. Gyros and salads were excellent. Greek fries were perfect! We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating as we had our dog with us. She got to enjoy the resturant as well. We will definitely go back, and in highly recommend this place for a quick Greek bite!

The food has always been delicious one of my old favorites however it’s the service that has significantly gone downhill. The food cooked by the owners delicious hot and always served with a smile. It’s the other big dude who has the worst attitude, always throws things together so you receive sloppy food and I once went in and heard him tell a customer in Spanish that his “juebos” were sweating. Someone who is cooking and speaking like that to customers absolutely disgusting and unsanitary makes you wonder how clean he is while preparing your food! Will not be going back

Just moved to the area from the Olympia area and we are still gaining our bearings on what to eat in our new city. Gyro House is officially top of the list. I’m not going to lie, I was apprehensive when we walked in because the space leaves little to be desired. It’s a pretty stark space with little to look at and it felt a little cold. BUT THE FOOD IS WHAT COUNTS and the food is PHENOMENAL. And just when you think that the food is the shining star, you get helped by some of the kindest people on this planet. Homie at the counter was more than happy to make substitutions and held a really nice conversation with us that really made my husband and I feel valued. 11/10 food and service, 4/10 atmosphere. Will def be back for more!
