I traveled from the States to India and back. I am happy with the quick responses I received whenever I called the customer service...even from Hyd! The information for wheel chair assistance was well taken care of at all the connection ports...I had 3 connections. Overall I am thankful to Gurufare for keeping their promises

Booked a vacation to Thailand with Gurufare. At first, I've never heard of them before, but come to find out, I had a very positive experience. They have real people in customer service to talk to if you have a question or problem. Easy online navigation when reserving a plane ticket, hotel or car rental. They even have travel insurance if you need it. Highly recommend Gurufare.

Booked a flight with connections, They went the extra mile in securing a few things. I had a time issue where my daughter may miss her flight because of a delay - called Gurufares and got it resolved, and they kept on checking in via email to ensure it was resolved . I was very pleased.

This is scammy - price was great, booking was easy. One week later I get a call and a text message from “Shawn”. Kind of weird, talking about securing seats, buying extra insurance as seats and flights are “subject to availability”. I panicked with the reviews and called AA as the flight was operated by American. American Customer service was stern (“please don’t bombard me with information - let me check if you were scammed or not.”) but super helpful. I do have a place in the flight, but do you want to be stressed? And have “Shawns” calling you to scare you? Don’t think so. Highly recommend to avoid Guru Fare. Gurus should not be mingling with flight tickets :’(

I got scammed by gurufare
I wish I would have done a little more research but if I could stop someone else from using these scammers, I will try. I wish places like Expedia wouldn't list scams like this as an option. Luckily I realized I had bought fake tickets along with fake insurance and quickly filed for fraud with my credit card company. But many others find out about their fake tickets at the airport on the day of travel. Please spread the word about these scammers, do not trust this company!! They will keep charging you without your consent too.

Shockingly solid, professional, and pro-active customer service. I fly a lot and often last minute. Feels like GURUFARE has made a real effort to stand out among the competition. And at least in my current humble experience, it’s worked.
